Objective: The experience of Professor Liu Qiquan in the treatment of functional dyspepsia is summarized through the system of "traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Auxiliary platform(V2.5)",which is beneficial to the inheritance of famous and old TCM doctors’ treatment experience.Methods: From May 2015 to December 2018,Professor Liu Qiquan’s effective cases of treating FD in the outpatient clinic of Hebei traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected.The prescription of the first visit was entered into the system "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)",and the association rules and the complex information entropy clustering method were used to explore professor Liu Qiquan’s idea of differentiation and treatment of FD,the rule of medication and the characteristics of prescription.Results:1 Basic situation: In 182 cases,70 cases were male and 112 cases were female,the age was between 31 and 50 years old,the clinical symptoms were gastric distension,belching and stomach pain,the tongue veins were light red tongue,thin white fur and chordal veins.According to the classification of TCM diseases,109 cases of gastric distension and 73 cases of epigastric pain were classified,according to the classification of TCM syndrome type,the syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach was the most.2 Prescription analysis: A total of 153 herbs were involved.the proportion of warm medicine and cold medicine is higher;the proportion of bitter medicine and pungent medicine is higher;the frequency of spleen,stomach and liver medicine is higher;The frequency of use was higher than 20 times,and 42 herbs were classified according to their efficacy,and 16 kinds of drugswere used in total.Qi-regulating drugs,heat-clearing drugs,blood-activating drugs,tranquilizing drugs,dampness-transforming drugs account for a large proportion;Statistics frequency in the top 15 Chinese medicine dosage point,such as 12 g of Radix curcumae,15 g of Poria,6g of Scutellaria baicalensis and12 g of Acorus calamus,association rule analysis,set support of 80%,confidence of 0.95 to obtain 16 core drugs.3 New formula analysis:Using the improved mutual information method,the correlation degree is set to 9 and the penalty degree is 4,and the correlation degree between the two drugs is obtained,and the drug pairs with the correlation coefficient of 0.02 or more are totaled 30 groups.On this basis,based on the entropy clustering method,14 core combinations were obtained and 7 new prescriptions were extracted.Conclusion:According to the prescription analysis,Professor Liu Qiquan treated this disease with qi stagnation as the core pathogenesis,spleen and stomach dysfunction as the overall manifestation,liver and stomach disharmony syndrome is the common syndrome of FD.The key to the treatment of FD lies in the balance of the body and the treatment in the middle focus.Not only to adjust the five Zang,but also to grasp the importance of liver,spleen in the pathogenesis of FD.In the treatment of prescription,attention should be paid to the coordination of qi lifting and lowering,the cold and heat being appropriate,the deficiency and reality taking into account;the good use of classics,the understanding of its principles,the emergence of a new,rigorous compatibility,and the preference for the use of the drug pair.The core drugs and the new prescription showed that professor Liu treated FD by regulating qi,restoring spleen and stomach as the core,at the same time giving consideration to dampness,heat,stasis,deficiency(qi deficiency,yin deficiency),and flexible treatment.
