Object:Under the background of the integration of medical insurance policies for urban and rural residents in Taiyuan City,this paper studies the satisfaction of insured residents on urban and rural medical insurance satisfaction and medical insurance operation,quantifies the influencing factors of residents’medical insurance satisfaction,and is the medical insurance policy for urban and rural residents in Taiyuan.The implementation and improvement of the policy recommendations.Methodes:The information of the insured personnel was obtained from the Taiyuan Medical Insurance Center.The multi-stage random sampling principle was used to first randomly select 4 urban districts and 2 counties in Taiyuan City.Secondly,1 community was randomly selected from each urban district,and each county randomly selected 1 Town;one community and village were randomly selected from each community and town that was selected;finally.Based on the relevant literature,the self-designed“Questionnaire of Taiyuan Urban and Rural Residents’Medical Insurance Satisfaction”was used to describe the demographics of the surveyed residents using descriptive statistics,using the chi-square(?~2)test and Krusk-Wallis H non-parameters.The screening was conducted to examine the influencing factors,and the factors affecting the satisfaction of medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Taiyuan City were analyzed by using ordered multi-class logistic regression method.Results:The satisfaction rate of urban and rural residents’medical insurance in Taiyuan is46.1%,generally 46.8%,and the dissatisfaction is 7.1%.The overall satisfaction rate is3.78±1.234.The average urban residents satisfaction rate(3.75±1.277)is lower than that in rural areas(3.83±1.234).In the four dimensions of satisfaction comparison,the satisfaction rate from high to low is medical convenience(40.1%),medical insurance policy(39.3%),designated medical institutions(36.4%),government work(34.4%).The average satisfaction ranks were medical convenience(3.31±1.042),government work(3.25±1.105),medical insurance policy(3.18±1.121),and designated medical institutions(3.16±1.086),except for the average satisfaction rate of designated medical institutions.In urban areas,the average satisfaction of the other three dimensions is higher in rural areas than in urban areas.City and township residents had the lowest satisfaction rate for waiting time in the lobby and the level of medical institutions,which were 19.9%and 19.3%respectively.The average satisfaction rate for medical institutions was the lowest,2.65±1.457,2.70±1.436.In the analysis of the influencing factors of the four dimensions,the policy factors have the most significant impact on the overall residents’medical insurance satisfaction(OR values are 2.162,8.749 respectively),government work(OR values are 2.133,3.131),and medical convenience(OR values are respectively 1.392,2.257)had the second impact on medical insurance satisfaction(P<0.05).The factors influencing the satisfaction of urban residents with different demographic characteristics on the overall medical insurance satisfaction of urban and rural residents are:education level,family size and health status;the influence factors of different demographic characteristics of rural residents on the overall urban and rural residents’medical insurance satisfaction are:family monthly average Income,health status.The proportion of medical insurance reimbursement(OR value is 3.393,7.000)is the most obvious influencing factor of urban residents’medical insurance satisfaction.The other influencing factors are ranked as follows:government trustworthiness(OR value is2.669,5.691 respectively),personal account setting(OR is 1.325,5.584,respectively,medical insurance reimbursement range(OR value is 1.582,3.269),personal contribution level(OR is 1.913,3.095 respectively),medical insurance procedures(OR values are 1.576,2.183,respectively).The personal contribution level is the most obvious influencing factor of rural residents’satisfaction with medical insurance(OR values are 3.270,24.239),and the other influencing factors are ranked as follows:medical insurance reimbursement ratio(OR value is 3.721,7.120 respectively),service agency service Attitude(OR value is 1.446,5.894 respectively),medical insurance procedure convenience(OR value is 1.857,5.233,respectively),medical charge level(OR value is 3.344,4.591),medical insurance reimbursement range(OR value is 1.606,3.665 respectively)The waiting time in the hall(OR value is 0.116,0.833)and the distance of medical treatment(OR values are 0.331,0.426,respectively).Conclusions:The overall satisfaction of Taiyuan City is still acceptable.The satisfaction of urban residents in all dimensions of medical insurance is slightly lower than that of rural residents.The evaluation of medical insurance policy factors by insured residents is an important factor to evaluate the overall medical insurance satisfaction of urban and rural residents.The evaluation(The doctor’s professional and technical level,ward hospitalization conditions,medical equipment conditions,medical service attitude,etc.)has no significant impact on the overall urban and rural residents’medical insurance satisfaction.The better the individual’s personal health status,the higher the satisfaction with the overall medical insurance;the individual contribution level,the reimbursement rate,the reimbursable range and the convenience of medical insurance procedures are the common influencing factors of the overall satisfaction of urban and rural residents’medical insurance.The overall satisfaction of medical insurance is higher.The evaluation of rural residents’individual payment level,waiting time in the lobby,government trustworthiness and other factors has a significant positive impact on the overall resident medical insurance satisfaction.The higher the urban residents’evaluation of the medical institution’s charging level and the service attitude of the handling agency,the higher the evaluation The higher the satisfaction with the overall resident medical insurance.In addition,most residents have low awareness of medical insurance policies and even hearsay,and they are less concerned about medical insurance policies,which directly affects the satisfaction of participants in medical insurance for residents.
