Study On Medication Rules And Academic Thoughts Of Ai Rudi For Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris Baesd On The TCM Inheritance Support System

Objective:Summarizing the syndrome distribution,medication rules,academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Ai Rudi in treating psoriasis vulgaris by data mining baesd on the TCM inheritance support system,provide more objective and effective ideas and prescriptions for diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:1.Collecting cases of psoriasis outpatients November 2016 to November 2017 who were treated by Professor Ai Rudi,input the data which was required into the TCM inheritance support system and then analysis the data by data mining methods such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis and entropy clustering analysis.2.34 patients psoriasis vulgaris of wind hot and blood-drying took "Baibi Xinfang" during self-controlled study,and were measured by observer using PASI and pruritus evaluation form before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment for clinical efficacy verification.The conclusion of efficacy evaluation was obtained by SPSS22.0 analysing and comparing the index of PASI and pruritus.Results:1.130 cases of psoriasis vulgaris outpatients were analysised by the TCM inheritance support system.9 syndromes of psoriasis vulgaris were concluded.Find the frequency of each drug.Among the drugs,Gancao,Mudanpi,Shegan,Nvzhenzi,Sangye,Xiakucao,Xuanshen,Maidong,Mohanlian were using frequently.According to the efficacy of drugs,most of the drugs are heat-clearing and tonic medicines.Cold drugs,bitter and pungent drugs are using always of four gas and five flavors.It is concluded that association rules between drugs and 7 new prescriptions.2.The "Baibi Xinfang" was fedback to the clinical treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.The study included 34 patients,and 31 patients were actually observed.After treatment,the total score of PASI was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In the individual score of skin lesions,the erythema,the scaly,the infiltration and the area scores were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05);the score of pruritus was also significantly reduced(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 31 patients after treatment was 77.42%.Conclusion:1.The "Baibi Xinfang" basing on the TCM inheritance support system can effectively relief the skin lesions and pruritus,it has a positive effect in treating patients with wind hot and blood-drying syndrome psoriasis vulgaris.2.Professor Ai Rudii believes that yin deficiency,blood-drying and the lack of nutrition on the skin are the main causes of psoriasis vulgaris.Psoriasis vulgaris is often deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.3.In the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,Professor Ai Rudi emphasized the principles of Biaobenjiangu,Fuzhengdaxie,neiwaibingzhi.For the excess in superficiality,heat-clearing drugs are used commonly,at the same time,open the pore to drive the pathogenic qi away.For deficiency in origin,he emphasized nourishing yin and paying more attention to the spleen and stomach.In addition to these,the internal and external treatment methods both have their advantages,should be used properly.
