| Objective:Using Oral Maxing Shigan Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder combined with fennel ironing the lower abdomen to observe and verify the clinical efficacy of this scheme for urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids,in order to provide more options for the treatment of urinary retention after operation.Methods: To collect the patients in the Anorectal Department of the affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2017 to November 2018.According to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,a total of 60 eligible cases were screened,and the subjects were divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The experimental group was given warming-heat Decoction 50 ml at 2,4 and 6 hours after operation respectively.At the same time,the ironing package was heated for 3 minutes and then the lower abdomen was ironed for 15 minutes.The control group was only ironed for 15 minutes with a heated ironing package.Then we observe and collect test data,and use SPSS22.0 to analyze the data and draw a conclusion.Result: Abdominal score when the patient returns to the ward after surgery,P>0.05,The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant and comparable.First urination time after surgery,abdominal score when urinating for the first time after surgery,the first time after surgery,thedifficulty of urinating,and abdominal split at 8h postoperatively,after the statistics,P < 0.05.Differences have statistical significance;Curative effect evaluation: Statistical analysis of data in two groups of experiments,P=0.017,P<0.05,Differences have statistical significance.Conclusion: Oral Maxing Shigan Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder combined with fennel ironing the lower abdomen can obviously improve abdominal symptoms and reduce the occurrence of urinary retention after operation.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
