| Objective:This study evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of Li Niao Tonglin decoction in the prevention and treatment of uroschesis after mixed hemorrhoids surgery,To provide more theoretical support and treatment for the treatment of Urinary Retention.Method:This study included 72 patients who were admitted to the Department of Anus and intestine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese medicine from December 2019 to December 2020.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to the method of random number table.The treatment group was given Li Niao Tonglin decoction and Rossin hydrochloride sustained release capsule,2 days before the operation,take orally the Li Niao Tonglin decoction prepared by the decocting pharmacy of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,one dose per day,400ml/dose,twice a day,after breakfast and dinner,take one capsule of Rossin hydrochloride on the day,take it after lunch;The control group was given Rossin hydrochloride sustained release capsule,and began to take Rossin hydrochloride sustained release capsule 2 days before operation,one tablet on the th,after lunch.The scores of postoperative anal pain,the time of first urination,bladder capacity and residual urine after urination,the incidence of postoperative urinary retention,the volume of first urination,urination status,abdominal symptoms,the waiting time before first urination and the results of laboratory examination were recorded.Results:(1)There was no difference in sex,age,the number of internal hemorrhoids ligation and the number of external hemorrhoids resection between the two groups(p>0.05).(2)In the first micturition time after operation,the result of the treatment group was smaller than that of the control group(p<0.05),in the first micturition volume,the treatment group was larger than that of the control group(p<0.05),and in the residual micturition volume,the treatment group was smaller than that of the control group(p<0.05),the results were statistically significant.(3)The pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(p<0.05),and the symptom score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05),the results were statistically significant.(4)There was a significant difference in clinical effect between the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,5 cases were effective,29 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 94.4%;in the control group,2 cases were effective,26 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 77.8%,the results were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Li Niao Tonglin Decoction can obviously improve the urination after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,reduce the incidence of urinary retention,shorten the first time after micturition time and waiting time before micturition,reduce abdominal symptoms.It can effectively prevent uroschesis after mixed hemorrhoids operation,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,with clinical promotion value. |
