Objective::Patients with acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis(stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)can be divided into stable phase and acute exacerbation period. The acute phase aggravation refers to the aggravation of infection. We observe the TCM syndrome scores. The main symptoms, inflammation indicators and improvement of lung function, evaluation of the comprehensive efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of bronchiectasis with infection, provide a basis for the treatment of integrated Chinese and Western medicine, and promote its use in clinical. Methods: Patients who were admitted to the Department of Respiratory and Emergency Department of our hospital from February 2018 to December 2018 were selected as subjects for the diagnosis of acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis in Western medicine and Chinese and Western lung phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.A total of 86 patients were randomized controlled trials,43 in the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated only with Western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Jiedu Xiaoyu Decoction combined with Western medicine. The treatment cycle was 14 days. The main symptoms(cough, cough),TCM syndrome score, neutrophil count, whole blood C-reactive protein,IL-6,etc.were observed before and after treatment, and whether there were adverse reactions. After 3 months of follow-up,the lung function was evaluated and analyzed after 2weeks and 3 months.Result:(1)Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate was 95.12% in the treatment group and87.08% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)TCM syndrome score comparison: TCM syndrome scores and main symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment, the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05),both treatment options can improve symptoms;comparison between groups, treatment The group was superior to the control group.(3)Main symptoms: The treatment of the two groups can significantly improve the symptoms of cough and cough in patients;however, there is no significant difference in the improvement of cough and cough between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)Examination index: Both groups of treatments can reduce the neutrophil count,CRP and IL-6 counts, and the lung function improved after 3 months. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.(5)Safety analysis: No serious adverse events occurred in either group.
