Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Qingfei Ningluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Patients With Acute Exacerbation Of Bronchiectasis(Phlegm-Heat Obstructing Lung Syndrome)and Its Effect On Serum NE/TNF-α Levels

Objective:Assessing the clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction Qingfei Ningluo on patients with acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis（Phlegm and heat in the lungs）and its effect on serum NE/TNF-α.MethodsOn the basis of completing the screening form and informed consent,according to the random number method,60 eligible patients were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group received basic western medicine treatment（anti-infection and phlegm）,and the observation group received basic western medicine treatment+Qingfei Ningluo Yin.Taking 14 days as a course of treatment,design relevant clinical scales,observe and record the effective rate of treatment,TCM syndrome scores,and detect the patient’s lung function,inflammation indicators（WBC,NEU%,CRP,PCT）and serum NE and TNF before and after treatment.-The level of alpha changes.Results1.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores and total effective rate:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the enrolled patients were significantly reduced（p<0.01）,and the decline in the control group was lower than that of the observation group（P<0.01）.The total effective rate,the observation group is better than the control group（P<0.05）.2.Comparison of inflammatory indicators:After treatment,the inflammation level of the patients in the group decreased significantly（P<0.01）,but the inflammation index of the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group（P<0.05）.3.Comparison of lung function:The FEV₁%and FEV₁/FVC（%）levels of the enrolled patients increased after treatment（P<0.05）,and the improvement was similar（P>0.05）.4.Serum NE and TNF-αlevels:The serum NE and TNF-αlevels of the enrolled patients decreased significantly after treatment（P<0.01）,and the decrease in the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.01）.Conclusions:1.Qingfei Ningluo Decoction can improve TCM syndrome scores with infection index of patients with exacerbation of bronchiectasis（Phlegm and heat in the lungs）,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.2.Qingfei Ningluo Decoction can improve FEV%and FEV₁/FVC（%）in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis（phlegm heat in the lung）,and improve lung function level.3.Qingfei Ningluo Decoction can reduce the levels of serum NE and TNF-αin patients with acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis（phlegm heat in the lung）,indicating that it has an inhibitory effect on patients’inflammatory response.
