Clinical Observation Of Qishaotongbi Capsule In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qishaotongbi caps ule in treating lumbar disc hern iation of Qi stagnati on and blood stasis ty pe,and to provide guid ance and reference for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by oral Chinese pat ent medicine in the fut ure.Methods: Sixty outpatients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of Qi stagnati on and blood stasis type from April 2018 to February 2019 in the Second Affi liated Hos pital of Heilongjiang Uni vers ity of Trad itio nal Chines e Medicine were randomly divi ded into obs ervation group and control group to en sure that there were no statisti cal differences in age,sex,cou rs e of disease,VAS score and JOA score between the two groups before treatment,and they were comparab le.The obs ervation group was given Qis hao Tong bi Caps ule3 capsu les per tim e,three ti mes a day;the control group was given Yaobiton g Capsul e 3 caps ules per time,three tim es a day.Ask patients to reduce their activity and rest in bed during oral med icat ion.The symptoms and sign s of the two groups were obs erved on th e 7th and 14 th day of treatment.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.VAS score and JOA score were recorded after treatment,and the improvem ent rate of JOA score was calculated.Results: After taking Qishao Tongbi Capsule orally for two weeks,6 cases were cured,20 cases were markedly effectiv e,3 cases were effectiv e and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.7 %,and the clinical cure rate was 20 %.In the control group,6 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was96.7 %,and the cli nical cure rate was 20 %.Conclusion: Through observation,Qishaotongbi Capsule or Yaobiton g Capsul e can play a therapeutic role for pat ients withlumbar disc herni ati on of Qi stagnati on and blood stasis type,and the curative effect is remarkable.But Qis haotongbi capsule is slightly better than Yaobi tong caps ule in all eviating pain of pati ents in northern areas,and the improvem ent rate of JOA score of patients taking Qis haotongb i caps ule orall y is bet ter than thos e taking Yaobiton g capsule orally.The overal l efficacy of the two drugs is basically the same.
