Clinical Observation On The Trwatment Of Coronaey Hraet Disease Stabie Angina Pectoris With Qi And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Xingqi Tongyu Tie on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type)by self-control method,and to explore the therapeutic effect of this Acupoint Application on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type).Methods: After the 40 patients who met the criteria were admitted to the group,they took their own control method to observe and gave the patients according to the treatment principles of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris: crown expansion,anticoagulation,and lipid-lowering treatment.According to the actual situation of the patient,nitroglycerin can be given during angina attack.In the course of treatment,according to the changes in the patient’s condition,the amount of drugs is adjusted,and patients with other diseases are given symptomatic treatment.On the basis of Western medicine treatment,the patient was given a treatment of Qi and blood stasis,and the middle,inner,heart,Yin,and diaphragm points were selected for acupuncture points.A total of 9 patches were posted once a day,each time.A paste lasts 6-8 hours each time,and the course of treatment lasts 14 days.On the first day and the 14 th day of the group,angina points,TCM syndromes points,and nitroglycerin dosage were recorded,and each electrocardiogram was examined once and the data was entered.Observe changes in indicators.Results:The curative effect of angina pectoris in patients after treatment is: 10 cases,22 cases effective,6 cases invalid,and no aggravating cases.The total effective rate of patients after treatment is 84.21 %.The patient’s angina pectoris decreased in pain degree,incidence,duration,and the amount of nitroglycerin before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<UNK> 0.05);After treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome in patients was as follows: 9 patients with obvious effects,24 effective patients,5 invalid patients,and no aggravated patients.The total effective rate was 86.84 %.Compared with the treatment before the patient,the score of chest pain,chest tightness,chest swelling,and heart palpitations were all reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<UNK>0.05);The use of nitroglycerin tablets was 9 cases of withdrawal,25 cases of reduction,4 cases of unchanged patients,and no aggravation.The total effective rate after treatment was 89.47 %,which was lower than before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<UNK> 0.05);In terms of electrocardiogram,the number of patients with obvious effects was 8,the number of effective patients was 19,the number of invalid patients was 11,and there were no aggravating cases.The total electrocardiogram efficiency of patients after treatment was 71.05 %.Conclusions:1.Qitongyu paste can improve the angina symptoms and TCM symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi and blood stasis),and can reduce the use of nitroglycerin.2.The electrocardiogram of patients with stable angina pectoris(blood stasis type)was improved with Qi tongyu patch.
