Objective : To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Sanjie Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with benign simple thyroid nodules with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods : Thirty-two patients with benign simple thyroid nodules who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled.The patients were treated with Shugan Sanjie Huoxue Decoction for 3 courses to observe the changes of thyroid nodules and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment.Resuits:The clinical results show that Shugan Sanjie Huoxue Recipe has a significant effect on benign simple thyroid nodules,and the neck nodular nodules are reduced.The cure rate is 6.67%,the effective rate is 20%,and the effective rate is 66.66%.The efficiency is 6.67%,and the total effective rate is 93.33%.Symptoms such as chest pain,chest discomfort,good fortune,and anorexia were all significantly reduced.The cure rate of TCM syndrome was10%,the efficiency was 20%,the effective rate was 63.33%,the inefficiency was 6.67%,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.The results showed that the thyroid nodules were reduced after treatment compared with those before treatment.After t test,P < 0.01,there was a significant difference.Shugan Sanjie Huoxue Decoction can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients with benign simple thyroid nodules,there is a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion : Shugan Sanjie Huoxue can reduce benign simple thyroid nodules;can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with benign simple thyroid nodules;no effect on thyroid function,no adverse reactions.
