Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Thyroid Nodules With Ruanjian Sanjie Tongluo Recipe

1 ObjectiveThis subject focused on observing the clinical effect of Ruanjian Sanjie Tongluo Decoction Treating Endometriosis stagnation of qi and blood stasis phlegm knot benig n thyroid nodules, in order to evaluate its effect on the thyroid nodule size, shape, flo w signals, and the improvement of TCM syndromes.2 MethodThe research samples were selected from the patients who had thyroid nodules vi siting to the outpatient department of WangJing hospital from February 2015 to Febru ary 2016.66 patients were taken into the research, according to randomized controlled principle they were divided into treatment group (33 cases) and control group (33 ca ses). During the research,7 cases were off, the actually test group was consisted of 2 9 cases in the treatment group and 30 in the control group. The control group were f ollowed up for observation, the treatment group were taken Ruanjian Sanjie Tongluo Decoction of Chinese medicine. After 2 months of the contrasting treatment, the data including thyroid nodule size, clinical signs and symptoms, risk factors for malignant nodules Integral were analyzed.3 Results(1) Analysis on the baseline conditionCompared the two groups before treatment, general data including gender, age, di sease duration, the size of thyroid nodules, malignant nodules integral risk factors scor es and symptom scores were analyzed, there was no significant difference between gro ups, the two groups were actually comparable.(2) Analysis on the size of thyroid nodulesAfter treatment, The maximum diameter of thyroid nodules in the treatment group was smaller than before, the result was statistically significant(P<0.05). showing that the treatment group can reduce the size of thyroid nodules; The maximum diameter of thyroid nodules in control group showed no significant difference than before(?P>0.05). indicating that the control group did not change the size of thyroid nodules; The two group had no statistically significant difference after treatment (P>0.05), indicating the treatment group showed no significant difference in reducing the size of thyroid nodu les in short time when compared to control group.(3) Analysis on the high risk factors scoresAfter treatment, the high risk factors scores of treatment group was lower than th at before, the result was statistically significant (P<0.05), showing that the treatment g roup can reduce risk factors for malignant thyroid nodules; The control group risk fact ors of malignant nodules scores slightly elevated, showing that risk factors for maligna nt nodules points did not change significantly; The two groups had a statistically signi ficant difference after treatment (P<0.05).(4) Analysis on the TCM symptom scoresAfter treatment, the TCM symptoms scores of treatment group was lower than th at before, the result was statistically significant (P<0.05); But The control group show ed no significant difference (P>0.05); The two group had a statistically significant diff erence after treatment (P<0.05). indicating that the effect of treatment group in improv ing clinical symptoms was effective than the control group.(5) Analysis on the total effective rateâ‘  Total effective rate of thyroid nodules:The total effective rate of treatment gr oup (34.48%) was greater than the control group (6.66%), there were significant differ ences between the two groups (P<0.05).â‘¡ Total effective rate of TCM symptoms and signs improvement:The total effici ency of treatment group (93.10%) was higher than the control group (10%), there wer e significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).(6) Analysis on the SecurityBefore and after the treatment, all the patients were taken blood samples to test blood routine, liver function, renal function, thyroid function (TSH, FT3, FT4, TT4, TT3) and thyroid antibody (TPOAb, TGAb), all the data was normol. No adverse re ations and adverse events occurred during the study.4 Conclusion(1) Ruanjian Sanjie Tongluo Decoction used to treat Endometriosis stagnation of qi and blood stasis phlegm knot benign thyroid nodules has good effects, It can reduc e the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules;(2) Ruanjian Sanjie Tongluo Decoction can improve the symptoms of thyroid nodules;(3) Ruanjian Sanjie Tongluo Decoction can reduce risk factors for malignant thyroid nodules, and also inhibite the process of malignant thyroid nodules;(4) Ruanjian Sanjie Tongluo Decoction has no significant effect on thyroid functio n and antibodies, there was no liver and kidney dysfunction occurred during the treat ment process, this treatment method is safe and effective, worthy of clinical applicati on.
