Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Pain Caused By Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Sequelae With Traditional Chinese Medicine And Acupoint Blocking

Objective:To systematically evaluate the combined effects of oral Chinese medicine Jiawei Shenqi Shixiao Powder and acupoint blocking Skikang on chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type.It is the synthetical treatment of chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of Qi-deficiency and Blood-Stasis type after Qi-deficiency and Blood-Stasis type pelvic inflammatory disease.Further treatment of sequelae chronic pelvic pain provides clinical evidence.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic pelvic pain caused by sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group Ⅰ was treated with oral Chinese medicine Jiawei Shenqi Shixiao Powder combined with acupoint closure Skikang,while the treatment group Ⅱ was treated with oral Chinese medicine Jiawei Shenqi Shixiao Powder alone,three months as a course of treatment.After treatment,each group was observed.The improvement of pelvic pain,lumbosacral pain,systemic and local symptoms before and after treatment,as well as the comparison of pelvic ultrasound before and after treatment,were used to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment.The symptoms and recurrence of the patients were followed up for 3 menstrual cycles after drug withdrawal.Result:1.After comparing the two groups before and after treatment,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,local signs and syndromes of the two groups were improved significantly.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group Ⅰ was better than the treatment group Ⅱ.2.Analysis of B-mode ultrasonography results:In treatment group Ⅰ,there were 4 patients with pelvic effusion before treatment,4 patients with pelvic mass,0 patients with pelvic effusion after treatment and 0 patients with pelvic mass.Treatment group Ⅱ included 4 patients with pelvic effusion before treatment,3 patients with pelvic mass,3 patients with pelvic effusion after treatment and 1 patient with pelvic mass.Conclusion:This topic chooses Jiawei Shenqi Shixiao Powder and Sqikang acupoint blockade to treat chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae from the point of view of strengthening the body,and is obviously superior to the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine alone.The long-term effect is better.At the same time,it is found that patients with pelvic effusion or pelvic mass have also been alleviated or cured to varying degrees,which shows that the use of Fuzheng therapy has achieved good results.
