| Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of "Dingjing Decoction" in treating interphase hemorrhage of kidney deficiency and liver depression type,it is compared with the simple application of western medicine "Bujiale".The improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients after treatment was observed to provide a safe and effective treatment method for the application of "Ding Jing Tang Jian Fang" in the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver depression type interphase hemorrhage.Method:The observed cases all came from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hanan Branch. From May 2017 to November 2018,64 patients who were diagnosed as kidney deficiency and liver depression type intermenstrual hemorrhage and met the inclusion criteria were included in the outpatient department of gynecology. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 32 patients in each group. In the course of treatment, due to poor patient compliance,3 patients fell off,1 in the treatment group and 2 in the control group. The general data of the two groups of patients were recorded in detail, including the patient’s age, disease course, bleeding duration score, total bleeding score and TCM syndrome score, and analyzed.Medication method: the control group took "bujiale" 1mg daily. The treatment group took 300 ml of "Dingjing Decoction" orally every day and was divided into two groups, one in the morning and the other in the evening. Both groups of patients took orally from the 7th day of the menstrual cycle and stopped taking medicine for 10 days.According to the treatment regulations for gynecological diseases, one menstrual cycle is a course of treatment, with a total of 3 courses of treatment. After three courses of treatment, statistical analysis was made on the TCM syndrome score, total bleeding score, bleeding duration score, hemostatic efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy of the two groups ofpatients, and objective conclusions were made. After 3 months of treatment, the patients were followed up to evaluate the recurrence of bleeding in the two groups.Results:1.Before treatment, there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of course of disease, age, duration of hemorrhage, total hemorrhage score and TCM syndrome score(P>0.05),indicating comparability between the two groups.2.After treatment and before treatment, the two groups were compared in terms of bleeding duration score, total bleeding score and TCM syndrome score, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups were effective in hemostasis and improvement of TCM syndrome. After treatment, the two groups were compared in terms of TCM syndrome curative effect.the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.1%,and that of the control group was 60.0%.after statistical test,P<0.05,there was statistical difference, indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving TCM syndrome. There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of bleeding duration score, total bleeding score and hemostatic effect(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had the same hemostatic effect.3.After stopping treatment for 3 menstrual cycles, the two groups of bleeding patients were followed up.In the treatment group,15 patients were cured and 2 patients relapsed, with a recurrence rate of 13.33%.In the control group,14 cases were cured and 4 cases relapsed, with a relapse rate of 28.57%.This shows that the recurrence rate in the treatment group is significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.Treating interphase hemorrhage due to kidney deficiency and liver depression with "Dingjing Decoction" is obviously better than "Bujiale" in improving TCM syndromes.2.The recurrence rate of treating kidney deficiency and liver depression type intermenstrual hemorrhage with "Dingjing Decoction" is significantly lower than that of "Bujiale" in treating this disease.3.In the process of treatment, there was no adverse reaction in the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver depression type intermenstrual hemorrhage with modified Dingjing decoction. |
