Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Bushen Dihuang Decoction On Prolongation Of Meridian Period Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Induced By Dor

Objective:The purpose of this study is to study the clinical observation of the effect of Bushen Dihuang decoction on the prolongation of menstrual period in patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis caused by the decrease of ovarian reserve function,and to compare the menstruation,TCM syndrome integral and basic hormone(bFSH,bLH,bFSH/LH)before and after treatment.level changes.Objective:to explore the clinical effect of Bushen Dihuang decoction on the menstrual prolongation caused by the decrease of ovarian reserve function,and to provide a basis for further study on the improvement of ovarian function by traditional Chinese medicine and the prolongation of menstrual period in women.Method:This study collected 60 patients with prolonged menstrual period due to decreased ovarian reserve function from November 2017 to December 2018 at the Second Hospital of the Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and was randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was added and subtracted with Burendihuang decoction,and the control group was supplemented with Lehe.The above two groups were treated after 3 menstrual cycles,and the menstrual period improvement,TCM syndromes points,and the changes in the level of basic gonadotropin(FSH,FSH/LH)were compared between the two groups.Result:After 3-month menstrual cycle treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 93.33%in the treatment group,76.67%in the control group,73.33%in the treatment group and 30%in the control group,and the cure rate was 73.33%in the treatment group and 30%in the control group.The scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,4.03±3.20 in the treatment group and 8.47±6.16,8.47±6.16in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Comparison of hormone levels,bFSH,FSH/LH in treatment group and control group There was no significant difference in between the two groups,9.78±4.67 in the treatment group,9.68±6.03 in the control group,1.32±0.57 in the FSH/LH group.The control group was 1.26±0.47;The recurrence rate of the two groups was 6.67%in the treatment group and 26.67%in the control group.Conclusion:It can be concluded that Bushen Dihuang decoction is superior to Bujialei combined with medroxyprogesterone in the treatment of menstrual period prolongation of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type due to the decrease of ovarian reserve function in the treatment of Bushen Dihuang decoction.Bushen Dihuang decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of the patients,make their menstruation return to normal,and have remarkable effect on the change of sex hormone level.In the long-term curative effect,Bushen Dihuang decoction has obvious advantages in the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine.After treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,the patients' ovarian function was effectively improved and their normal and healthy living conditions were restored.
