Clinical Observation Of Bushen Huoxue Recipe On Preoperative Conditioning Of IVF-ET In Infertility Patients With Diminished Ovarian Reserve Due To Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Bu Shen Huo Xue Fang on IVF-ET preoperative conditioning in patients with infertility due to decreased ovarian reserve function of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,analyze the impact on clinical symptoms,hormones,pregnancy outcomes,etc.Chinese medicine treatment method to assist IVF-ET.Method:Sixty-two DOR patients who met the inclusion cri teria for in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University School of Medicine were selected to be treated in Qingdao Haici Medical Group.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each group had 31 example.The treatment group was treated with Bu Shen Huo Xue Fang for 3 menstrual cycles and then IVF-ET treatment,and the control group naturally waited for 3 menstrual cycles for IVF-ET treatment(Both groups used micro-stimulation to promote ovulation).Observe the changes of TCM clinical symptom scores,anti-mullerian hormone(AMH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),antral follicle count,fertilization rate,superior embryo rate and pregnancy outcome between the two groups and before and after treatment with Chinese medicine.Result:The TCM clinical symptom score of the treatment group decreased,and was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the treatment group,blood AMH increased,FSH decreased,and the number of sinus follicles increased.Superior embryo rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the biochemical pregnancy rate was lower than that in the control group,the pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate was higher than that in the control group,and the above results are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bu Shen Huo Xue Fang can significantly improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with DOR,increase AMH,reduce FSH,increase the number of sinus follicles,increasing the superior embryo rate,and improve the pregnancy outcome of patients,which reflects the new characteristics and new method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with IVF-ET.
