Clinical Observation Of Combining Sandwiched Moxibustion With Qingjinhuatan Decoction On Treating Bronchiectasis (Phlegm-heat Obstructing Lung)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect,the change of symptoms and signs and the effect on serum CRP 、 PCT in patients with bronchiectasis(phlegm-heat blocking lung)treated with septum moxibustion combined with qingjinhuatan decoction.To explore the effect of septum moxibustion combined with qingjinhuatan decoction on bronchiectasis,and to provide a new method for treating bronchiectasis in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 65 cases of bronchiectasis patients(phlegm-heat blocking lung)were choiced from heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of respiratory admission office,which were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(33 cases)and control group(32cases)and control group to ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and ammonia bromine oral therapy,and combine with qingjinhuatan decoction;The treatment group was treated with septum moxibustion in the control group.The course of treatment was 2 weeks,and the changes of clinical symptoms,signs and serum CRP 、 PCT were observed before and after the two treatment schemes.Results:1.The clinical effect of treating bronchiectasis(phlegm-heat blocking lung)with interstitial moxibustion combined with qingjinhuatan decoction is significant.The total efficiency is 93.33% in the treatment group and 83.33%in the control group,respectively.There were significant differences in efficacy between the two groups,with statistical significance(p<0.05),and no adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.2.Combining sandwiched moxibustion with qingjinhuatan decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,especially in cough,expectoration,dry mouth,etc.the treatment group is significantly better than the control group.3.Both treatment groups could reduce the content of CRP 、 PCT in the serum of patients,and the comparison of results before and after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatmentgroup was significantly better than that of the control group,and the study results were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Combining sandwiched moxibustion with qingjinhuatan decoction for the treatment of bronchiectasis(phlegm-heat stagnation of the lung syndrome)has a significant clinical effect,can significantly improve the cough,expectoration,dry mouth,chest distension,body heat,dry stool symptoms,can alleviate the cough symptoms and make the cough symptoms disappear,without adverse reactions.2.Combining sandwiched moxibustion with qingjinhuatan decoction can reduce the content of CRP and PCT in the serum of patients with bronchiectasis(phlegm-heat stagnation of lung syndrome).
