Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Weijing Decoction Combined With Amikacin Atomization In The Treatment Of Phlegm-Heat Obstructing Lung Type In Acute Exacerbation Of Bronchiectasis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Weijing decoction combined with amikacin atomization in the treatment of phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome in the acute exacerbation stage of bronchiectasis and its safety and its effect on serum inflammation.Methods 70 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis diagnosed by Jingmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese were collected and divided into control group and treatment group with 35 patients in each group according to the random number table method.the control group were treated with traditional western medicine,and the treatment group were treated with Jiawei Weijing decoction and amikacin atomization on the basis of western medicine.After 10 days of treatment,Comparing the changes of total and individual scores of TCM syndromes,peripheral blood white blood cells,neutrophil percentage,C-reactive protein and procalcitonin before and after treatment in the two groups,and sort out the data,statistical analysis.Results(1)There were no significant differences in the age,gender,days of acute attack,sputum culture results between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)There was no statistical significance in the total scores and individual scores of TCM syndrome between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,total scores and individual scores of TCM syndrome of the two groups were lower than before,and the improvement degree of the total scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,The improvement of pulmonary rales in the treatment group was not better than that in the control group,and the improvement of other single TCM syndromes was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).(3)There were no significant differences in the levels of WBC,NEUT%,CRP and PCT between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of WBC,NEUT%,CRP and PCT in two groups were decreased compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and The levels of WBC,NEUT%,CRP and PCT in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.(4)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 69.70%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).(5)In the treatment group,1 case of local skin allergy occurred in the treatment group,which was not treated,but improved after symptomatic observation.No adverse reactions occurred in the control group.Conclusion Jiawei Weijing Decoction combined with amikacin atomization has good clinical efficacy,and its overall efficacy is better than conventional Western treatment.and it can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the Serum inflammatory indexes WBC,NEUT%,CRP and PCT were significantly decreased.This treatment scheme has few adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of further study,promotion and application in clinical practice.
