Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma(Heat Wheeze) By Qingre Huatan Xuanfei Jiejing As The Basic Law

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom integral and Asthma Control Test(ACT),Asthma quality of life questionnaire(AQLQ),)of Qingre Huatan Xuanfei jiejing in patients with bronchial asthma(hot wheeze).The ratio of forced expiratory volume to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)in the first second and the percentage of forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1%),the effects of exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)and eosinophil(EOS)on the pulmonary function were measured.To explore the effect and mechanism of Qingre Huatan Xuanfei jiejing to treat asthma(heat wheeze).Methods:66 patients with asthma(hot wheeze)in Hebei Province Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected,64 of them completed the experiment.They were randomly divided into control group(n = 32)and treatment group(n=32).The control group was given anti-inflammation and anti-asthma.On the basis of the routine treatment of expectorant and salmeterol decasone powder inhaler(50/250μg),the treatment group was treated with the formula of clearing away heat,resolving phlegm,expelling the lungs and relieving spasms.The treatment time was 14 days.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom integral,ACT questionnaire,AQLQ questionnaire,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%,FeNO,EOS count and safety index were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.The total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 84.38%in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group.2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),there was significant difference between the treatment groupand the control group(P<0.05).3.The ACT scores of the two groups were improved after treatment.The treatment group was superior to the control group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.The AQLQ scores of the two groups were improved after treatment,and that of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.The pulmonary function indexes(FEV1/FVC,FEV1%)in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant in the treatment group than in the control group(P<005).6.After treatment,the FeNO of the two groups was lower than that of the pre-treatment group(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).7.After treatment,the EOS count of the two groups was lower than that of the control group,and that of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0 05).8.The safety indexes before and after treatment(blood,urine,and routine,electrocardiogram,liver function and renal function)were not found in the two groups,and no drug-free and adverse reactions occurred in the treatment.Conclusion:The method of Qingre Huatan Xuanfei jiejing can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of bronchial asthma,improve the quality of life of asthma patients,improve the lung function,reduce airway inflammation,and be safe and feasible.
