Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Acute Exacerbation Of Bronchial Asthma (Heat Type) By Tongfu-Dispelling Heat Therapy And Relieving Heat And Its Effect On IgE And IL-10

Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongfu-dispelling heat therapy in the treatment of mild and moderate patients with bronchial asthma at acute attack stage(heat type)and its influence on IgE and IL-10,so as to provide ideas and reference for the clinical application of the theory of "lung and large intestine exterior-interior relationship" to guide the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:64 patients who met the test criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(32cases)and control group(32cases).Among them,30 cases completed in the treatment group(1 patient did not take medicine on time,1 patient lost to follow-up),while 32 cases all completed in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Seretide and Tongxie Pingchuan Formula,while the control group was treated with Seretide.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The scores of TCM syndromes and total efficacy,ACT score,IgE and IL-10 of patients in the two groups were collected and collated,and the data were compared and analyzed using SPSS25.0 software.Results:1.The treatment in both groups can reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients,and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of wheezing,cough,yellow phlegm,constipation and abdominal distension(P< 0.05).2.Both groups could improve the total effective rate of TCM syndromes,and the significant efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).3.ACT scores were improved in both groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).4.Both groups could reduce serum IgE levels,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).5.Serum IL-10 levels in both groups were increased,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.Tongfu-dispelling heat can improve the TCM clinical symptoms(wheezing,cough,yellow phlegm,constipation,abdominal distension)of mild and moderate patients with bronchial asthma in the acute attack stage(heat type),and has good clinical efficacy.2.Tongfu-dispelling heat can improve the ACT score of mild and moderate patients with bronchial asthma in the acute attack stage(heat type),and improve the life quality of patients.3.Tongfu-dispelling heat can reduce the level of IgE and increase the level of IL-10 in serum of patients with mild to moderate bronchial asthma in acute attack stage(heat type).
