Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of exercise combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of obese PCOS,analyze the mechanism of cangfu daotan decoction, and evaluate the intervention effect of brisk walking exercise,in order to find a better method for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: 69 cases of obese PCOS patients were randomly divided into three groups,A group of 23 cases, oral da ying-35;Group B,23 cases, oral da ying-35 and cangfu daotan decoction; In group C,23 cases were treated with oral da ying-35 and cangfu daotan decoction combined with brisk walking exercise. After 3 months of treatment, changes in BMI,menstrual status, improvement of TCM symptoms, serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),LH/FSH,and testosterone(T)levels in the 3 groups were observed. Results:Before treatmentThere was no significant difference in age, course of disease,BMI,menstrual cycle, total score of TCM syndromes, serum hormone FSH,LH,LH/FSH,T between the three groups(P>0.05),which was comparable. After treatmentBMI: after treatment, the levels of the three groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the efficacy of group C was better than that of group A and B,while that of group B was better than that of group A,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Total scores of TCM syndromes: after treatment, the scores of the three groups were all lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the efficacy of group C was significantly better than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while that of group A and B was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Menstrual cycle: after treatment, the levels of the three groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Serum T: after treatment, the levels in all three groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the difference between group C and group A and B was statistically significant(P<0.05),while that between group A and B was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum LH/FSH: after treatment, the levels in all three groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference between group A and B was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Serum LH:after treatment, the levels in all three groups were lower thanbefore treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate in group A was72.73%,that in group B was 77.27%,and that in group C was 95.45%.After treatment, there were statistically significant differences between groups C and A and B(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences between groups A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion: exercise combined with Chinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of obese PCOS patients, restore ovulation function, improve menstrual cycle; The body weight and BMI of the patients were reduced. It can reduce serum LH,LH/FSH ratio and T level, restore the sex hormone level of obese PCOS patients, and then improve the spleen deficiency phlegm-dampness constitution of obese PCOS patients.
