Corresponding Effects Between Tongmai Quzhuo Decoction And Mengyao Xiaozhong Jiuwei San On ICAM-1,VCAM-1 In Rats Of Gouty Arthritis Model

Objective: To observe the corresponding effect of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 between Tongmai Quzhuo Decoction and Mengyao Xiaozhong Jiuwei San in rats models of gouty arthritis.Methods: There are two parts in this experiment.The first part: 1.120 Kuiming mice were randomly divided into normal control group,Mengyao Xiaozhong Jiuwei San group,Futalin group and Yunnan Baiyao group.The ear swelling caused by xylene,writhing experiment and hot plate experiment were used to observe the anti-inflammatory and analgestic effects of Mengyao Xiaozhong Jiuwei San.2.50 SD rats were divided into five groups called normal control group,model group,mengyao xiaozhong jiuwei san group,yuannan baiyao group and futalin group.Building the model of gouty arthritis included hyperuricemia and hyperlipemia.When the model was made successfully,each group began to take drugs for 2 weeks,in the endding of this experiment,examining the UA,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,ICAM-1,VCAM-1 in the blood of all the rats.The second part: 70 SD rats were divided into 7groups including normal control group,model group,Tongfengding group,Lijialixian group,the low-dose group of Tongmai quzhuo decoction,the capsule group of Tongmai quzhuo decoction,the high-dose of Tongmai quzhuo decoction.Building the model of gouty arthritis included hyperuricemia and hyperlipemia.When the model was made successfully,each group began to take drugs for 28 days,in the endding of this experiment,examining the UA,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,ICAM-1,VCAM-1 in the blood of all the rats.Results: The first part: 1.Compared with normal control group,Mengyao Xiaoahzong Jiuwei san group,Tutalin group and Yunnan Baiytao group had the effect of anti-infalmmatroy and analgesia(P<0.05),MengyaoXiaozhong Jiuwei Sanhas obvious anti-inflammatory and anaglgesic effects than Tutalin and Yunnan Baiyao group(P<0.05).2.Compared with model group,Mengyao Xiaozhong Jiuwei San group’s UA,ICAM-1,VCAM-1 decreases than model group,futalin group and yunnan baiyao group(P<0.05),however,the TC,TG,LDL,HDL had no difference among Mengyao Xiaozhong Jiuwei San group,Tutalin group and Yunnan Baiyao group.The second part: Compared with model group,UA,TC,TG,LDL,ICAM-1,VCAM-1 of all the therapy groups had decreased(P<0.05),HDL increased(P<0.05).There was no difference among Tongfengding group,Lijialixian group and the low-dose group of Tongmai quzhuo decoction on UA.Compared with Tongfengding and Lijialixian group,the high-dose group of Tongmai quzhuo decoction had the best effectof UA,TC,TG,LDL,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.Mengyao Xiaozhong Jiuwei San has obvious effect of anti-inflammtory and anaglesia.2.Mengyao Xiaozhong Jiuwei San shows a sure therapy for the gouty arthritis rats and decreases the level of ICAM-1,VCAM-1 of synovium.3.Tongmai quzhuo decoction improves the condition of hyperlia,decreasing the expression of ICAM-1,VCAM-1 that exists in synovium as well.
