Literature Review On The Antipyretic Mechanism Of Baihu Decoction And Its Related Prescription Clinical Application

Objective:To clarify the antipyretic mechanism of baihu decoctionand the modern clinical application of baihu decoction and its related prescription.Methods:By the method of literature retrieval,with "the baihu decoction,antifebrile mechanism,fever,gypsum,rhizoma anemarrhenae,japonica rice,liquorice,drug ingredients" as keywords and subject term,such as in CNKI,Blackwell NRC Online Journals,Wan Fang datasearch about the mechanism of baihu decoction antifebrile,baihu decoction compound ingredients,differentiation of baihu decoction group learning component,Chinese medicine and modern clinical medicine for fever the understanding of the related literature,and the literature system in this paper.With "the baihu decoction,white tiger and ginseng soup,white tiger plus guizhi decoction,white tiger decoction plusatractylodes,bamboo leaves gypsum decoction,Huabandecoction,soup clinical application" as keywords and subject term,such as major in CNKI search in from 1980 to October 2018,the baihu decoction and clinical application of its related prescription documents,sum up these prescriptions in the treatment of different departments disease characteristics and clinical application.Excel was used to make statistics on the types of diseases treated by each prescription in different departments,and the scope and advantages and disadvantages of diseases treated by each prescription in different internal medicine systems were compared.And then analyzed the clinical application characteristics and the basic addition and subtraction rules of each prescription.Results:1、The antipyretic mechanism of baihu decoction is mainly through "reducing endotoxin,inhibiting TNF-α,IL-6,PGE2,IL-10,IL-1 and other inflammatory cytokines,or directly inhibiting the material metabolism of some pathogens,and reducing the secretion of inflammatory factors through the negative feedback of humoral and neural reflex system to regulate the body temperature regulation center〞,So as to achieve the purpose of antipyretic..2、 There were 315 kinds of diseases treated by baihu decoction and its kinds,among which baihu decoction and bamboo leaves gypsum decoction ranked first,accounting for 36.2%,while baihu plus ginseng decoction,baihu plus atractylodes decoction and huaban decoction also had 13.0%.White tiger decoction,bamboo leaf plaster decoction and white tiger and ginseng decoction were the most in the treatment of diseases.baihu decoction,bamboo leaves gypsum decoction,white tiger and ginseng decoction,white tiger plus guizhi decoction can all treat respiratory diseases,including a variety of pneumonia,trachea and bronchitis,bronchial asthma,upper respiratory tract infection and chronic pharyngitis.White tiger and ginseng decoction has obvious advantages in the treatment ofdiabetes.Baihu decoction,bamboo leaves gypsum decoction and huaban decoction had better effect on purpura and purpura of blood system.Baihu decoction is also used for the treatment of rheumatic diseases fever period,baihu decoction and bamboo leaves gypsum decoction are also used for the treatment of various urinary system inflammation;Baihu decoction is also
