Clinical Research Of Allergic Rhinitis Treated With Sanfu Herbal Patch Combined With Ginger Moxibustion

Objective:The research compares the clinical efficacy of Sanfu herbal patch with Ginger moxibustion and Sanfu herbal patch in the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis,to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the two treatment methods;and to explore the mechanism and clinical basis of the treatment of allergic rhinitis with Sanfu herbal patch and ginger moxibustion,and provide theoretical support for its clinical treatment.Methods:Sixty patients of allergic rhinitis meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(sanfu herbal patch combined with ginger moxibustion)and control group(sanfu herbal patch)in 30 cases each.Selected acupoints:chufu: dazhui、feishu(double)、gaohuang(double),zhongfu:fengmen(double)、pishu(double)、danzhong,mofu:mingmen、shenshu(double)、zusanli(double)。Treatment group:Treating on the first day of chufu、zhongfu and mofu from 2017 to 2018,do the ginger moxibustion treatment first,the ginger moxibustion method is continuous moxibustion,and the moxa cone number is not limited,the best situation is the local skin flushing without blistering;then give sanfu herbal patch treatment,the application time is 2-3 hours.Control group: Only use Sanfu herbal patch,The timing of treatment and the time of application are the same as those of the treatment group.A total of 2 courses of treatment(2 years),followed up during the follow-up,detailed records of the total nasal symptom score(TNSS)、rhino conjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)and other observations。Using SPSS21.0 software analyze and processes the data,comparing the difference in efficacy between the two groups after one course of treatment and two courses of treatment。Result:1.After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.29%,9 cases were markedly effective and 16 cases were effective。The total effective rate of the control group was 72.41%,4 cases were markedly effective and 17 cases were effective.The treatment group was superior to the control group,and there was significant sexual difference。2.After treatment,the total score of nasal symptoms in the two groups decreased significantly,and the treatment group decreased more significantly。Treatment one course、 2 courses of treatment compared with before treatment was a most significant difference(P<0.01)。2 courses compared with one courses was a most significant difference in the treatment group(P<0.01)。2 courses compared with one courses was a significant difference in the control group(P<0.01)。After one course of treatment,the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05)。After 2 course of treatment,the two groups was a significant difference(P<0.05)。3.After treatment,the total quality of life of the two groups decreased significantly,and the treatment group decreased more significantly。Treatment one course、two courses of treatment compared with before treatment was a most significant difference(P<0.01)。two courses compared with one courses was a most significant difference in the two groups(P<0.05)。After one course of treatment,the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05)。After two course of treatment,the two groups was a significant difference(P<0.05)。 Conclusion:The sanfu herbal patch combined with the ginger moxibustion method can effectively treat allergic rhinitis,and it is better than the sanfu herbal patch method in improving the quality of life and nasal symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis。...
