Study On The News Of "Breast Cancer" Issue On Sina From The Perspective Of Health Communication

In recent years,breast cancer has been recognized by the World Health Organization as a cancer that can reduce mortality through early detection and treatment,but the situation of prevention and control in China is becoming more and more serious.First of all,influenced by traditional concepts,Chinese women are often shy about gender-related diseases,and lack of a comprehensive understanding of breast cancer,often miss the best stage of treatment.In this case,it is imminent to promote the correct understanding and positive treatment of breast cancer in our country.Considering the important role of network media in changing the audience’s understanding,attitude and behavior in the context of new media,this paper tries to optimize the network report of breast cancer so as to gradually build up the public’s correct understanding of breast cancer and confidence in the fight against breast cancer,and actively participate in the prevention,screening and treatment of breast cancer,so as to alleviate breast cancer in China to a certain extent.The severe situation of prevention and control of adenocarcinoma.Based on Zang Guoren’s framework and hierarchical structure,this paper makes a content analysis of 719 breast cancer reports published by Sina News Network from 2005 to 2017,and verifies the hypothesis by using chi-square test and variance analysis.From this,the characteristics of breast cancer online reporting content are summarized,and the development of breast cancer online reporting content is sorted out.On this basis,the existing problems are further summarized,and the corresponding optimization strategies of breast cancer network reporting are put forward.The results show that the breast cancer report of Sina News Network has experienced three stages of development: marginal unconscious presentation stage,concentrated output stage of popular science information and humanized conscious presentation stage.At the same time,there are three levels of structure of breast cancer network report: unbalanced topic distribution,too single genre,vague source of information and weak awareness of risk dissemination.The problem of monotonous presentation and frequent homogeneous information emergence.In this regard,this paper gives suggestions from two aspects: the optimization of self-editing breast cancer reports and the optimization of breast cancer report reproducing strategies.In the aspect of self-editing breast cancer reports,Sina News Network should strive to achieve the following five points: first,to overcome the restriction of editing authority and put the topic agenda on the agenda;second,to promote the diversity of news genres to enhance the appeal of reports;third,to grasp the scale of "alarm bell" and increase the effectiveness of information tips;fourth,to enhance the performance of reports by means of high-quality pictures and videos;Regular training should be offered to improve the quality of journalists’ reports.In reproducing breast cancer reports,Sina News Network should pay attention to the following three points: first,increase the amount of reproducing marginal topic reports;second,set up requirements to skillfully integrate and upgrade the viewing experience of the audience;third,improve access standards,moderately control traffic and improve the overall quality of reports.
