Clinical Study Of Yiqi Huayu Shengji Decoction In The Treatment Of Cesarean Scar Diverticulum With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huayu Shengji Decoction in treating Cesarean Scar Diverticulum with qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huayu Shengji Decoction in improving clinical symptoms and signs.Methods From February 2018 to July 2018,66 patients who met the inclusion criteria and did not belong to the exclusion criteria were selected from the gynecological clinic of the People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 33 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,with Yiqi Huayu Shengji Formula added or subtracted;the control group was treated with Western medicine,with Marvelon.Observe and compare the improvement of menstrual prolongation,TCM syndrome integral and comprehensive curative effect of TCM before and after treatment in two groups.Measure the size of diverticulum before and after treatment and the thickness of uterine myometrium at the incision.Follow up the recurrence after drug withdrawal and make statistical analysis.Result 1.Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndromes after treatment: After treatment,the total effective rate of Yiqi Huayu Shengji Decoction group was 80.00%,and that of Marvelon group was 53.33%.The difference was significant by statistical comparison(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of menstrual duration after treatment: before and after treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),However,the difference between before and after menstruation in Yiqi Huayu Shengji Decoction group was greater than that in Marvelon group,and the menstrual period shortened more obviously.The difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndromes: before and after treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Diverticle size comparison: before and after treatment,the diverticulum length,width,length and width of the two groups were compared within the mean group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mean width,length and width(P>0.05),but the difference between groups had significant difference(P<0.05).5.Comparison of muscle thickness at incision: Before and after treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of adverse reactions: After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).7.Relapse rate comparison:3 months after withdrawal,there were significant differences in menstrual period,TCM syndrome score and TCM comprehensive efficacy between the two grou Ps(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting Yiqi Yushengji Decoction to treat scar diverticulum of cesarean section with qi deficiency and blood stasis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as prolonged menstruation and reduce the TCM syndrome integral,and the effect is obvious.It can reduce the size of the diverticulum to a certain extent,improve the thickness of the thinest muscle layer,and reduce the recurrence rate of prolonged menstruation 3 months after drug withdrawal,with good safety and no obvious adverse reactions.
