Clinical Observation Of Shengui Zhilou Decoction In Treating Uterine Incision Diverticulum With Prolonged Menstrual Period And Deficiency Of Both Qi And Blood

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shen Gui Zhi Lou decoction in the treatment of Previous Cesarean Scar Defect(PCSD),which TCM syndrome type belongs to Qi-blood two deficiency,research on safety and practicality.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,inclusion 60 cases of patients,They were randomly assigned divided into two groups.Both 30 cases,there is no statistical difference in their age and the course of the disease.Treatment group were given Shen Gui Zhi Lou decoction,and control group were given Gong Huan Yang Xue granules(Baofuxin),take the medicine for second days of the menstrual cycle,10 days of continuous taking medicine.Each menstrual cycle is a course of treatment,3 courses of continuous treatment.Evaluation of curative effect after completion of treatment.Observation index: Duration of menstruation,symptom integral of the course of treatment,uterine diverticulum size,distance from the serous layer of the diverticulum tip,safety index.And observe the adverse reactions during the experiment.Effective percentage of treatment group was 96.67%,which clinical cure 0 case,showed effective 18 cases,effective 11 cases,invalid 1 case.Effective percentage of treatment group was control group 80%,which clinical cure 0 case,showed effective 2cases,effective 22 cases,invalid 6 case,their clinical efficacy varies greatly(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the observation index before treatment.and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was showed significant difference between the two groups in the observation index after treatment(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Both the groups can improve the disease caused by prolonged menstrual period,clinical symptom score,to achieve the purpose of treatment,but the effect for improving menostaxis and clinical symptom score was better than Bao Fuxin.And the curative effect of improve the distance of diverticulum area,diverticulum tip distance of serosa,control group much more better.During the clinical trials there was no adverse reaction and side effect.
