Study On Safety Supervision Of Drug Circulation Domain In Zhouning County

Medicine is an indispensable product for people to treat diseases,drug safety is one of the key livelihood issues.However,in recent years,there have been many serious drug safety incidents in China,such as "Shandong Vaccine Incident" and "Toxic Gelatin Incident",Drug safety issues are once again on the cusp.Since 2015,three-in-one work has successively carried out in Fujian province,our government merge the“Food and Drug Administration” with “Industrial and Commercial Bureau” and “Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision” into the“Market Supervision Authority”.After the three-in-one work,it is worth us to study whether Market Supervision Authority can fulfill its responsibilities for drug supervision,and the status quo of supervision power and intensity.This paper takes Zhouning County,Ningde City,Fujian Province as an example to deeply study the current situation of safety supervision in the field of basic-level drug circulation,which is of great practical significance to further strengthen the safety supervision in the field of basic-level drug circulation.On the basis of introducing the research background and significance,this paper uses the literature analysis method to study related literatures and theories at home and abroad,and define related concepts.I use the field research method to study the safety supervision of the drug circulation field in Zhouning County.Through investigation and study at the grass-roots level,I listed the existing problems of drug circulation at the present stage,such as the licensed pharmacist of pharmacyis not on duty,small medical institutions,such ashealth clinic and etc,have backward conditions of medical institutions and drug storage,using drug expired,I analyze the loopholes and deficiencies of government regulatory,and I points out the problems such as insufficient supervisory staff,the law enforcement did not do well in the supervision,ineffective supervision effect,regulatory approach is lagging of Safety supervision of drug circulation in Zhouning County after the three-in-one work,and by analyzing of the causes of the problems,I can get the crux of the problem.Finally,through comparative analysis,this paper enumerates drug safety models in other counties in China,discusses and draws on advanced domestic experience,and puts forward feasible countermeasures to strengthen supervision based on the actual situation in this region.
