Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum complement C1 q levels and microangiopathy in type 2 diabetes. Methods: A total of 328 T2 DM patients admitted to the first endocrinology ward of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as subjects.60 healthy controls were used as healthy controls, and the diabetic group was based on the presence or absence of microvascular disease and microvascular disease.Further divided into the DKD group,DRgroup,DPN group and the non-microvascular disease group.General information collected including age, duration, systolic blood pressure and BMI;serum collected using Olympus Au5400 automatic biochemical analyzer to detect C1 q,FBG,C1 q,FBG,HbA1 c,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,SdLDL-C,ApoA1,ApoB,eGFR,UACR,Scr,etc.,using SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis of the test results. Results: 1.Compared with the healthy control group, the C1 q increased in the diabetic group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the T2 DM group, the correlation between C1 q and each variable was found to be positively correlated with HbA1 c,TG,TC,LDL-C,ApoB,SdLDL-C,and UACR(r = 0.113,0.321,0.319,0.234,0.337,0.314,0.181,P < 0.05).3.In the DR group and the DPN group, the C1 q level was higher than that in the non-microvascular disease group(P<0.01).In the DKD group,(1)the levels of C1 q,Scr,and SBP in the microalbuminuria group were higher than those in the non-microvascular disease group(P<0.01).,0.05,0.05),eGFR levels were lower than those without microangiopathy(P<0.05);(2)The levels of C1 q,Scr,and SBP in the large albuminuria group were higher than those in the non-microangiopathy group, and the eGFR level was lower than that in the no microvascular disease group(P<0.01);(3)The levels of C1 q,Scr and SBP in the microalbuminuria group were higher than those in the large albuminuria group(P<0.05,0.01,0.01),and the eGFR level was lower than that in the large albuminuria group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.4.Binary logistic regression analysis found that C1 q was a risk factor for microangiopathy in type 2 diabetes(OR=1.053,P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Serum complement C1 q levels are associated with the severity of diabetic nephropathy.2.Serum complement C1 q is a risk factor for microangiopathy in type 2 diabetes.
