Clinical Observation On Acupuncture And Purging Therapy For Migraine Of Stasis And Brain

Objective:In this study,we observed and compared the clinical efficacy of acupuncture diarrhea therapy and oral ibuprofen in the treatment of migraine with blood stasis and cerebral collaterals.It aims to to explore how to improve the cure rate of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of migraine,highlight the importance of techniques and provide theoretical reference and new ideas for clinical treatment of migraine.Methods:Our research had collected migraine patients who were treated in the outpatient and ward of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department of Long Yan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.Sixty-two cases were included.Two cases were excluded because of compliance.According to the principle of randomized control,they were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture diarrhea therapy,while the control group was treated with Ibuprofen Tablets orally.Visual Analogy Scale(VAS)[1]and Headache Score [2] were selected as the observation indicators,and the curative effect was evaluated before and after treatment.Finally,the collected data were analyzed by Spss 20.0.The differences between the two treatment methods were compared.Results:1.In terms of analgesic effect:(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference between VAS group and control group(P > 0.05);(2)Before and after treatment,there was significant difference between VAS group and control group(P < 0.05).It showed that acupuncture diarrhea therapy and oral ibuprofen tablets could alleviate the pain of migraine patients,that is,both acupuncture diarrhea therapy and oral ibuprofen tablets were effective in analgesia;(3)After treatment,the pain of migraine patients was alleviated.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It can be concluded that the analgesic effect of acupuncture and diarrhea is better than that of oral western medicine.(4)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and that of the control group was 83.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).It can be concluded that the analgesic effect of acupuncture diarrhea therapy is better than that of oral ibuprofen tablets.2.Improvement of clinical symptoms:(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in headache score between the two groups(P > 0.05);(2)Before and after treatment,there was a significant difference in headache score between the two groups(P < 0.05).It showed that acupuncture and oral ibuprofen tablets could improve the clinical symptoms of patients,that is,acupuncture and oral ibuprofen tablets were effective;(3)After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups.After treatment,the headache scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared between the two groups(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant.It can be concluded that the clinical effect of acupuncture diarrhea therapy is better than that of oral ibuprofen tablets.(4)The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 90% in the control group.The two groups of patients were cured,markedly effective,effective and ineffective,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It can be concluded that the overall effect of acupuncture diarrhea therapy is better than oral ibuprofen tablets.(5)The cure rate was 73.33% in the treatment group and 43.33% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It can be concluded that the overall curative effect of acupuncture diarrhea is better than that of oral ibuprofen tablets.Conclusion:Compared with oral ibuprofen tablets,acupuncture diarrhea therapy therapy has better curative effect in treating migraine with blood stasis and brain collaterals syndrome.It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of migraine,such as attack frequency,pain degree,pain duration,accompanying symptoms,and improve the cure rate.It is a safe and effective treatment method.
