Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Bloodletting Therapy Combined With Flunarizine In The Treatment Of Migraine Without Aura

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Pricking blood therapy combined with flunarizine in the treatment of migraines without aura.Methods:The 60 included patients were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with 20 patients in each group,including 2 cases of shedding in group A and 1 case of shedding in group B.Group A was treated with Pricking blood therapy combined with flunarizine capsule,group B was treated with Pricking blood therapy alone,and group C was treated with oral flunarizine capsule alone.Prick and bleed once every 2 days for 10 consecutive times.Flunarizine capsules were taken orally for 28 days.Patients in all three groups filled in a headache diary after treatment.The number of headache attacks,headache degree,duration,concomitant symptoms,migraine comprehensive score and Migraine-Specific Quality of Life Qusetionnair(MSQ)scores were observed before and after treatment in each group,and the efficacy was evaluated after treatment(1 month after treatment)and follow-up(4 months after treatment).Results:1.The number of headache attacks,the degree of headache,the duration of headache and the associated symptoms in the three groups were improved after treatment(P < 0.05),but the degree and duration of headache in group A were significantly improved compared with those in group B and C(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference between groups B and C(P > 0.05).2.After treatment,the comprehensive score of migraine in the three groups decreased compared with that before(P < 0.05),but the decrease was significant in group A compared with group B and C(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference between groups B and C(P > 0.05).3.The post-treatment quality of life(MSQ)scores of patients in the three groups increased in the dimension of functional restriction,functional impairment and emotional dimension(P < 0.05),but the scores of each dimension in group Aimproved significantly compared with those in group B and C(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference between groups B and C(P > 0.05).4.Comparing the clinical efficiency of the three groups,group A was better than group B and group C(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference between groups B and C(P > 0.05).5.Follow-up: 4 months after the start of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the three groups was better in group A than in group B and C(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference between groups B and C(P > 0.05).6.There were no adverse events in the three groups.Conclusion: Combined with flunarizine for the treatment of migraines without aura has a definite clinical effect,which is more advantageous than the treatment group in improving the headache degree,headache duration and quality of life.
