The Clinical Effect Of Nourish Kidney And Resolve Stasis Recipe Combined With Plum- Blossom Needle For Treating Ichthyosis Vulgaris Of Type Of The Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Pattern

The objective: The aim is to evaluate the clinical effect of nourish kidney and resolve stasis recipe combined with plum blossom needle for treating Ichthyosis Vulgaris of type of the blood stasis pattern.The method: From January to November 2018,a total of 64 patients with ichthyosis vulgaris in the dermatology department,cosmetology department,acupuncture department of Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected.According to the random control principle,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group.After the cases of abscission were eliminated,There were 30 patients in the final treatment group and 31 patients in the final control group.The control group was given 0.025% tretinoin cream for with conventional external treatment once a night.There were a total of 3 courses of treatment and taken 10 days as one course of treatment with an interval of 7 days among courses.Acupuncture combined with plum-blossom needle tapping was adopted in the treatment group.And the acupuncture points were selected.They were respectively Shenshu,Taixi,Zusanli,Hegu and Sanyinjiao.Plum blossom needle was placed on the obvious skin lesion(if there is chapping,it is around it.)and moderately tapped.The course of treatment was the same as that of the control group.Before treatment,after treatment and 1 month after treatment,several items need be conducted for observation in the treatment group and the control group.They were respectively the score of skin state,detection skin moisture content and sebum content,the measurement of skin lesion area and DLQI score.SPSS20.0 for Windows was used to analyze data statistically.The result: 1.In terms of therapeutic effect: After plum blossom needle tapping in the treatment group,6 patients were clinically cured,12 patients were crucially effective,10 patients were effective and 2 cases were ineffective.Its total effective rate was 93.33%.The control group was treated with 0.025% tretinoin cream,3 patients were clinically cured,8 patients were crucially effective,14 patients were effective and 6 patients were ineffective.Its total effective rate was 80.64%.The statistical analysis result: P < 0.05.The treatment group had better therapeutic effect.2.After treatment: Score of skin state:(1)There were obvious improvement about the symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving scale,chap,keratosis,pruritus and dryness(P<0.05).However,there was no difference about pain between two groups(P>0.05),which meant that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving scale,keratosis,pruritus,dr(2)yness and chap.The skin water content in the two groups was obviously improved before and after treatment(P<0.05).And the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the skin water content after treatment(P<0.05(3)).The improvement of sebum content was not obvious in the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).And there was no difference between the two groups(P>(4)0.05).The score of the skin state in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Skin lesion area and skin lesion area /(1)body surface area: After treatment,the skin lesion area of two groups was crucially lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05(2)).After treatment,the skin lesion area / body surface area of the two groups was lower than the control group(P<0.05).(3)DLQI scores in the two groups were significantly improved before and after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the quality of life(P<0.05).3.The time of follow-(1)up: The result of the follow-up of the two groups was obviously improved compared with that before treatment.And the score of the skin state in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05(2)).During the follow-up of the two groups,the skin lesion area and skin lesion area / body surface area were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.(3)Compared with before treatment,DLQI scores in the follow-up of the two groups had significant improvement(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(4)The curative effect of the treatment group can retain for a long time than that of the control group(P<0.05).The conclusion: Nourish kidney and resolve stasis recipe combined with plum blossom needle for treating Ichthyosis Vulgaris of type of the blood stasis pattern can improve the symptoms and signs of patients effectively.It can also improve the function of the skin’s water locking and the quality of life of patients.Therapeutic effect can retain for a long time and the lasting effect is great.It is an effective treatment method to follow.The method is safe and has no side effects.
