Objective:To observe and explore the curative efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with plum-blossom needle tapping in the treatment of migraine without aura of blood stasis blocking collaterals type, and provide new methods and ideas for clinical treatment of migraine. Methods:First of all,we randomly divided 50 patients who met the experimental criteria into two groups using a randomized data table. We used scalp acupuncture to treat patients in the control group, while for patients in the experimental group,we used a combination of scalp acupuncture and plumblossom acupuncture under the same other conditions. The entire experiment consists of four courses of treatment, each lasting 7 days.During the first six days of a treatment course,we treated two groups of patients, and the last day was used for rest.During treatment, the control group received scalp acupuncture treatment once a day, while the experimental group received plum-blossom acupuncture treatment every three days on the basis of the control group.During the treatment,we recorded the VAS indicators, headache symptom scores, and TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients. These records will be processed through SPSS 24.0 to obtain statistical conclusions for comparing the effects of the two treatment methods.Results:1.After treatment, the VAS value of patients with migraine without aura of blood stasis blocking collaterals in the treatment group significantly decreased(P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference);Comparison between the two groups of patients after the experiment showed that the VAS value of the experimental group decreased more significantly(P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference).2.In the treatment group, patients with migraine without aura of blood stasis blocking collaterals type experienced a significant decrease in headache symptom scores and total scores after treatment(P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference);Comparison between the two groups of patients after the experiment showed that the headache symptom scores and total scores in the experimental group decreased significantly(P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference).3.In the treatment group, patients with migraine without aura due to blood stasis and obstruction of collaterals experienced a significant decrease in the scores of various symptoms and total scores of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment(P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference); After the experiment, comparing the two groups of patients, the experimental group’s TCM syndrome scores and total scores decreased significantly(P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference)).4.The total effective rate of clinical treatment for migraine without aura caused by blood stasis in the treatment group was 88%.The total effective rate in the control group was 76%.Comparison between the two groups,P<0.05,there was a statistical difference in comparison.Conclusions:1.Using scalp and plum-blossom needles together during treatment has a better effect than using only scalp needles. This method can significantly improve various clinical symptoms of headache attacks, including the degree of headache, headache duration, and accompanying symptoms when the headache occurs.2.Compared with using only scalp acupuncture, using scalp acupuncture and plum-blossom acupuncture together during treatment can effectively improve TCM blood stasis syndrome.3.The therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture combined with plumblossom needle tapping on migraine without aura of blood stasis obstruction type is significant. |
