Clinical Research Of The Improvement Of Menstruation And Pregnancy By Combination Of Acupuncture And Medicineon To Treat Polycystic Ovary Syndrome After Laparoscopic Surgery

ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of Zishen Yangjing Decoction combined with acupuncture on patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS)with Kidney Deficiency syndrome and fertility requirement after laparoscopic surgery,and to compare it with simple laparoscopic surgery group and laparoscopic surgery combined with acupuncture group,so as to clarify the curative effect of combination of acupuncture and medicine on PCOS patients with Kidney Deficiency syndrome after laparoscopic surgery.MethodFrom January 2018 to July 2018,90 patients with PCOS with kidney deficiency syndrome underwent Laparoscopic Ovarian Drilling(LOD)in the xxx Hospital.They were randomly divided into acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group,acupuncture group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group was treated with Zishen Yangjing Decoction and acupuncture at seven abdominal acupoints after LOD.The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture at seven abdominal acupoints,while control group was not treated after LOD.After six months follow-up,we observed the changes of Kidney Deficiency syndrome score and menstrual score in the three groups,and compared the pregnancy rate of the three groups.We used SPSS22.0 statistical software to process the data,and compared the curative effect of the three methods on PCOS patients.Results1.COMPARISON OF COMPREHENSIVE EFFECTS:The total effective rates of the control group,the acupuncture group and the acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group were 16.67%,50.00% and 80.00%.The comprehensive curative effect of the acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group was better than that of the acupuncture group and the control group,and the comprehensive curative effect of the acupuncture group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.0167).2.COMPARISON OF TRADITIONAN CHINESE MEDICAL EFFECTS:After treatment,the Kidney Deficiency syndrome score in the acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group was lower than that before operation,and the degree of decrease was higher than that in the acupuncture group and the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rates of Traditional Chinese medical in the control group,the acupuncture group and the acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group were 20.00%,53.33% and 83.33%.The curative effect of Traditional Chinese medical in the acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group was better than that in the acupuncture group and the control group.The acupuncture group was better than that in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.0167).3.COMPARISON OF MENSTRUAL CONDITION:The menstrual score of the three groups in 3 months after operation was lower than that before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease of menstrual integral in acupun cture combined with Chinese medicine group was higher than that in control group and acupuncture group,and that in acupuncture group was higher than that in control gr oup,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the improvement of menstrual condition in acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group was better than that in acupuncture group and control group,and that in acupuncture group was better than that in control group.There was no significant difference in menstrual integral between the three groups in 6 months after operation and 3 months after o peration(P>0.05).It shows that the menstrual condition of 6 months after operation is similar to that of 3 months after operation.4.COMPARISON OF PREGNANCY RATES:Within six months after operation,the pregnancy rates of the control group,the acupuncture group and the acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group were 16.67%,26.67% and 46.67%.There was a significant difference between the acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group and the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsZishen Yangjing Decoction combined with acupuncture at seven abdominal acupoints has definite effect on improving menstruation and clinical symptoms and pregnancy rate of patients with PCOS kidney deficiency syndrome after LOD.The curative effect was better than simple LOD treatment and LOD alone with acupuncture treatment.The effect of acupuncture combined with LOD is better than LOD alone.
