Clinical Research On The Affect Of Xiaohuang Lotion Fumigation For Treating The Perianal Abscess Of Fire-Toxicity Syndrome In Postoperative Wound Healing

Objective:Clinical research on the affect of Xiaohuang lotion fumigation for treating the perianal abscess of fire-toxicity syndrome in postoperative wound healing.Methods:The 60 cases of perianal abscess,who meet the criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,30 cases for each.On the basis of the same routine diagnosis and treatment before and after the surgery,the treatment group was fumigated with Xiaohuang lotion for 15 minutes(once a day)before the daily dressing change from the first day after the surgery.The control group was fumigated with 1:5000 Potassium Permanganate solution for 15 minutes(once a day)before dressing change.The wound secretions,wound pain,wound area and wound healing time on the first day,the seventh day,the 14 th day,the 21 st day and the 30 th day after the operation were observed and recorded.The wound healing rate was calculated,and the wound healing time and the total efficacy on the 30 th day after the operation were compared.Serum CRP of the patients were measured on the first day before surgery,the first day after surgery,the third day after surgery,and the fifth day after surgery.The original values of serum CRP on the first day after surgery were used to calculate the decline rate on the third day and the fifth day after surgery.Results:Sixty patients with low perianal abscess were enrolled.Before treatment,the gender,age and disease course distribution of the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant,with comparability.The research results are analyzed as follows:(1)Wound secretions: there was no significant difference between the two groups on the first day and 30 th day after surgery(P>0.05).There were significant differences in wound secretions between the two groups at the seventh day,the 14 th day and the21 st days after surgery(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.(2)Wound pain: there was no significant difference between the two groups on the first day and the 30 st day after surgery(P>0.05).There were significant differences in wound pain between the two groups at the seventh day,the 14 th day and the 21 st days after surgery(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.(3)Wound area,wound healing rate and wound healing time: on the first day after surgery,there was no significant difference between the two groups in wound area(P>0.05).There were differences in wound area and healing rate a the seventh day,the 14 th day,the 21 st day and the 30 th day after surgery(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The average wound healing time of the treatment group was 33.67±1.97 days,while that of the control group was 36.23±2.75 days.There was significant difference in the wound healing time between the two groups(P<0.05).The average healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group.(4)CRP decline rate: the comparison results of serum CRP decline rate between the two groups at the thirth and the fifth days after surgery indicated that there was no significant(P>0.05).(5)Overall efficacy: on the 30 th day after surgery,the effective rates of both groups were 100%.The cure rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,and that control group was 93.33%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Xiaohuang lotion of Chinese medicine fumigation can effectively reduce the wound secretion,relieve wound pain,promote wound healing,shorten the healing period,etc,which is worthy of promotion.
