| Purpose:To observe and explore the effects of fumigation,washing and sitz bath with Qingyong lotion on postoperative wound pain,wound area,wound secretions,wound granulation growth,wound healing rate and overall curative effect of the low perianal abscess of fire-toxicity syndrome.Method:A total of 66 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into atreatment group and control group with 33 cases in each group according to the random number table method.On the basis of routine postoperative treatment in the two groups,the treatment group was given fumigation and sitz bath with Qingyong lotion before the dressing change from the first day to the 28 th day after the operation,twice a day,once in the morning and once in the evening,15 min/time.The control group was given potassium permanganate solution(1:5000),and the same method was used for fumigation and sitz bath treatment.The changes of wound pain,wound secretion,wound granulation growth and wound healing degree of the two groups of patients after operation were observed and recorded,the wound healing rate was calculated,the wound healing time was tracked and recorded,and the comprehensive curative effect was evaluated after the 28 th day after operation.Result:During the study treatment,the selected 66 patients with low perianal abscess did not fall off,and a total of 66 patients completed the study.Statistical comparison of gender,age,disease course distribution and other general conditions of the two groups of cases showed that P>0.05.There was no statistically significant difference in the general conditions of the two groups of cases,and the two were comparable.The analysis of the research results is as follows:(1)Wound pain: There was no significant difference in wound pain between the two groups on the 1st and 28 th day after operation(P>0.05).There were significant differences in wound pain between the two groups on the 7th,14 th,and 21 st days after operation(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)Situation of wound secretions: There was no significant difference in wound secretion scores between the treatment group and the control group on the 28 th day after operation(P>0.05);the wound secretion between the treatment group and the control group on the 7th,14 th,and 21 st days after operation was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the physical scores(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)Wound granulation growth: On the 7th,14 th,and 21 st days after surgery,there were statistically significant differences in wound granulation growth scores between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)Wound area: There was no significant difference in the wound healing area between the treatment group and the control group on the 1st,7th day after operation(P>0.05);the14th,21 st,28th day after operation between the treatment group and the control group There was a statistically significant difference in the unhealed area of the wound after operation(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(5)Wound healing rate: On the 7th,14 th,21st,and 28 th day after operation,there were statistically significant differences in the postoperative wound healing rate between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(6)Wound healing time: There was a statistically significant difference in the wound healing time between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).,the wound healing time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group.(7)Overall curative effect: On the 28 th day after operation,the effective rates of both groups were 100%,and there was no significant difference in the overall curative effect between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).(8)During the treatment period,no obvious abnormality was found in the safety indexes of the two groups of patients.Conclusion:Qingyong lotion can significantly reduce wound secretions,relieve postoperative wound pain,and promote wound granulation growth.It has a positive effect on postoperative wound healing of the low perianal abscess of fire-toxicity syndrome. |
