Study On The Realistic Predicament And Countermeasures Of Health Poverty Alleviation

With the advent of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects in 2020,China put forward a new concept of healthy poverty alleviation in 2016.The concept aims to further promote the ultimate victory in the battle against poverty.Health is not only the basis of human survival,but also the symbol of a country’s prosperity.If there is no national health,it will be difficult to achieve an all-round well-off life,and the country will be hindered from becoming prosperous and strong.Therefore,health is an indispensable factor for people and even the country.Health poverty alleviation,as a part of China’s targeted poverty alleviation strategy,plays a decisive role on the road to national poverty alleviation and prosperity.It is of great significance for X county of hebei province to implement health poverty alleviation and overcome the problem of "poverty caused by illness and poverty returned due to illness".First of all,in the process of implementing health poverty alleviation,"health" factors must be taken as a necessary condition.Only by integrating health factors into various measures of poverty alleviation,can policies be effectively implemented and the number of people impoverished by diseases be reduced day by day.Secondly,the accuracy and satisfaction of health poverty alleviation work are crucial for the poor population.In the process of health poverty alleviation,only accurate identification of the poor population can make the poverty phenomenon less and less,and people are more and more satisfied with the poverty alleviation policy.Finally,we should strictly control every measure of health and poverty alleviation and vigorously support the construction of software and hardware in poor areas.For example,we should improve the living environment and health awareness of the poor people in poor areas,and improve the medical and health level and hardware equipment in poor areas.This paper mainly studies the rural poor population in X county of hebei province who are "poverty-stricken due to illness and poverty-stricken due to illness".Through field visit and questionnaire survey of the poor population in X county,this paper aims to understand the overall poverty situation in X county and the existing problems in the implementation of health poverty alleviation.The survey found that some poor rural residents in X county have health problems and do not have health awareness.The medical and health level in poor areas is low,and the hardware equipment is backward.The living environment of residents is worrying.In addition,we learned from the interview that the local medical security level cannot fully meet the needs of the poor population,and various measures of health poverty alleviation still need to be improved.Combination of X county poverty and health problems existing in the execution for poverty alleviation,based on the concept of health,poverty alleviation,content,implementation and supervision for poverty alleviation,etc,explore the countermeasures to solve the problem of X county health poverty alleviation,promoting healthy effective landing of poverty alleviation,and committed to our country out of poverty to be completed at the end of the victory,faster to realize the comprehensive well-off society in China.
