| After years of exploration and research,standardized resident training in China has gradually been summarized and developed.Meanwhile,it has accumulated valuable experience and achieved tremendous results.It plays an important role in improving the comprehensive clinical ability and service quality of resident doctors.However,due to a variety of internal and external factors,there are still many problems in standardized resident training.On the basis of reading a lot of literature,this paper chooses public institutions as the research object,takes Dalian Maternal and Child Health Hospital as the unit,regards the resident standardized training of Dalian Maternal and Child Health Hospital as the research subject,sums up the resident standardized training mode,evaluates the training effect,and evaluates it from the system level,finds out its own advantages and disadvantages.The purpose of this study is to put forward some suggestions for further improving the standardized resident training system,strengthening the construction of health personnel in Dalian,and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of health services in Dalian.At the same time,it will provide references for other cities in China to carry out standardized resident training and promote the development process of standardized resident training in China.Through literature analysis,field investigation,questionnaire and in-depth interviews,comparative analysis,integrating theory with practice,the method of using human capital theory,cognitive theory,social learning theory in dalian maternity and child care policy system of resident standardization training,base construction,organization and management,training mode,financing mechanisms,recruit students do key research aspects and so on,through the investigation and study,found that dalian city maternal and child health care about resident standardization training system has been established and perfected gradually,after several years of training,dalian maternity and child care to cultivate a large number of excellent resident in the city,In order to effectively implement the national policy to play a leading role model,to protect the medical needs of the masses of the people,to inject new vitality into the medical industry in dalian,promote the health and health industry to a healthy and stable development path.However,the hospital found in specific to carry out the policy of resident standardization training policy system is imperfect,imperfect organizational structure,and money does not match,the training content is not standard,the training effect is not to force the five aspects,such as problems,the aging infrastructure,management responsibilities are not clear,lack of effective supervision,the whole process of training students’ enthusiasm is not high,incomplete incentives and so on specific issues.Through active search reason,about health care of women and children at home and abroad for reference,the experience and practice of resident standardization training,make full use of local medical resources advantage,strengthen training process management,strictly grasp the government the important role,unified training content standard,perfect supporting policies and measures,effectively solve the problem of investigation,broaden the financing channels to make up for training a shortage of funds,establish an effective incentive mechanism,strengthen the importance of resident standardization training,establish a set of suitable for dalian city maternal and child health care system of resident standardization training,constantly improve the level of medical staff medical and service quality,effectively alleviate the doctor-patient contradiction,We will make unremitting efforts to standardize the training of resident doctors,solve the medical service problems of grassroots health institutions at the source,constantly keep pace with the advanced cities at home and abroad,serve the people’s livelihood,benefit the people,and promote the harmonious and stable development of the whole society. |
