Objective: The main purpose of this project is to study the effect of rehabilitation technology of traditional Chinese medicine on upper extremity spasm after stroke.Through the observation of the two methods of acupuncture meridian sinews node and blood pricking therapy and rehabilitation therapy, the difference of curative effect on upper extremity spasm after stroke was compared. To explore the effect of acupuncture meridian sinews node combined with blood pricking therapy on the clinical effect of upper extremity spasm after stroke, and whether there are advantages in the recovery of daily living ability and motor function. To provide clinical basis for the research and development of rehabilitation technology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: According to the order of treatment, the patients who come to the rehabilitation department of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and blood pricking therapy;the control group was treated with rehabilitation therapy. After three courses of treatment, the clinical effects of the treatment group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results: After three courses of treatment, the number of clinical recovery in the treatment group was: 7 cases, the number of significant effect was: 4 cases, the number of effective effect was: 14 cases, the number of invalid effect was: 7 cases;after three courses of treatment, the number of clinical recovery in the control group was: 3 cases, the number of significant effect was: 0 cases, the number of effective effect was: 16 cases, the number of invalid effect was: 11 cases. The total effective rate of the former is 78.13%,and that of the latter is 63.33%.The results of comparison between the treatment group and the control group were: z =-2.632,P = 0.008,P < 0.05,there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment. In the aspect of daily living ability(MBI),the treatment group was 76.09 ± 18.62,the control group was 61.40 ± 24.48,z =-2.355,P = 0.019,P < 0.05,there was significant difference between the two groups. In terms of motor function, thetreatment group was 47.23 ± 23.80,the control group was 33.22 ± 21.67,t =-2.329,P =0.023,P < 0.05,there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: At the same time of rehabilitation treatment and training, the treatment of upper extremity spasm after apoplexy by combination of acupuncture and blood pricking is better than that of rehabilitation therapy alone. The combination of acupuncture and blood pricking therapy can not only effectively relieve the muscle tension of patients with upper extremity spasm after stroke, but also effectively improve the ADL and motor function of patients with upper extremity spasm after stroke.
