Effect Of Shenjinsan Acupoint Plaster Combined With Celecoxib Capsule On Knee Osteoarthritis

Purpose:This article mainly observed the clinical efficacy of shenjin powder acupoint application combined with celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)combined with celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA),the effectiveness of shenjin powder acupoint application combined with celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and the advantages of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.To provide a new treatment for knee osteoarthritis.Methods:1.Preparation of shenjinsan acupoint application:15g of radix angelicae dahurica 15g of radix paeoniae alba 15g of hibiscus hibiscus 15g of leek leaves 15g of eriobotrya leaf was ground into powder,and 15g of leek leaves 15g of eriobotrya leaf was made into ointment with ginger water.An appropriate amount of ointment was selected and pressed into a medicine cake of about 2*2cm.One hour of treatment once a day for two weeks.2,clinical trials,will conform to the standard of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis by medical order,randomly divided into treatment group(god gold powder acupoint sticking with celecoxib)and control group(simple oral celecoxib),after two weeks of treatment,through the observation of VAS before and after the treatment,WOMAC,Lequesne index score and IL-6,IL-17 a,index of TNF alpha,CRP,ESR,change to compare the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:1.Clinical effect observation:(1)there was no statistical difference in WOMAC,Lequesne and VAS scores between the two groups of patients who received acupoint application of shenjin powder combined with celecoxib and those who received celecoxib alone before treatment(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After two weeks of treatment,WOMAC,Lequesne and VAS scores of patients in the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)comparison of serum indicators of il-6,il-17a,TNF-,CRP and ESR between shenjin powder acupoint application combined with celecoxib and oral celecoxib alone before treatment showed no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.The indexes of il-6,il-17a,TNF-,CRP and ESR in the two groups before and after treatment were compared respectively,which showed that the values all decreased significantly and were statistically significant(P<0.01).The indicators of il-6,il-17a,TNF-,CRP and ESR in the two groups after treatment were compared.The treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In the experiment,the treatment group and the control group for knee osteoarthritis,namely shenjin powder acupoint application therapy combined with celecoxib and oral celecoxib alone,were both effective for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.2.Shenjin powder acupoint application combined with celecoxib can properly improve the mobility of the knee joint of patients,relieve the pain of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.3.The total effect of shenjin powder acupoint application combined with celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is higher than that of celecoxib alone,which provides a clinical basis for the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and can be applied to the clinic.4.It is proved from the side that shenjinsan acupoint application has certain therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis patients.
