| Objective:To study the effect of 24 h urinary sodium-potassium ratio on homocysteine(Hcy)level in patients with hypertension. Methods: Choice in February 2017-August 2018 in our hospital hypertension department hospital confirmed 90 cases of hypertension patients as the research object, all patients were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients in 24 h urine specimens, test patients 24 h urine potassium, sodium levels and the ratio of urinary sodium, potassium, and according to the patient’s level of urinary potassium sodium ratio can be divided into three groups A,B,C,24 h urinary potassium sodium ratio analysis of patients with high blood pressure influence on homocysteine levels; Results:There were significant differences in the 24-hour urinary sodium, potassium, sodium and potassium ratio and homocysteine levels among the three groups(P<0.05).By further analysis,it can be concluded that the 24-hour urinary sodium-potassium ratio is the influencing factor of homocysteine level. Conclusion: The 24-hour urinary sodium-potassium ratio of patients with hypertension is the influencing factor of homocysteine, which should be paid more attention to in clinical practice. It can be corrected by reducing the intake of sodium, enhancing the intake of potassium, improving the poor dietary habits and other ways, which should be paid more attention to in clinical practice. |
