Objective:Analysis of the effects of exogenous wind-cold and wind-heat on clinical characteristics and lymphocyte subsets in patients with primary immune throm bocytopenia. Methods:ITP patients with qi-deficiency syndrome and yin-deficiency syndrome who were admitted to the fourth clinical medical college of xinjiang medical university from December 2018 to February 2020 and aged between 1 and 80years old were selected as the research objects. The four diagnosis information, clinical characteristics and lymphocyte subsets of the patients were collected, and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Among the 147 patients with ITP,63were males(42.9%)and 84 were females(57.1%).There were 114 cases(77.6%)in the chronic stage,13 cases in the persistent stage and 20 cases in the new stage,respectively(8.8%and 13.6%).There were 78 patients with qi deficiency syndro me,accounting for 53.1%,and 69 patients with Yin deficiency syndrome, accounting for 46.9%.There were 73 patients with no exogenous ITP,accounting for 49.7%,and 74 patients with exogenous ITP,accounting for 50.3%,including 38 patients with exogenous wind and cold syndrome, accounting for 25.9%,and 36 patients with exogenous wind and heat syndrome, accounting for 24.5%.2.Qi deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency and feeling compared with no monograph on ITP patients blood immune index,CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+expression differences(P<0.05),lymphocyte subsets CD3~+(%)in the absence of exogenous expression than exogenous group,CD4~+(%)in the absence of exogenous expression than exogenous group,CD8~+(%)in the group of exogenous expression than no monograph,Tly mphocyte subsets CD4~+/CD8~+(%)in exogenous expression than exogenous group.3.There were statistically significant differences between the expression of CD3~+and CD8~+and Blymphocytes in ITP patients with exogenous wind-cold Yin deficiency syndrome and ITP patients with exogenous wind-heat Yin deficiency syndrome(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other indicators between the two syn dromes, all of which were(P>0.05).4.There was no significant difference in platelet counts between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.In this study, the patient's age, gender and other general information are basically consistent with the description in relevant domestic literature.2.Exogenous wind chill and wind heat had an effect on the platelet count of ITP patients with qi-deficiency syndrome and yin-deficiency syndrome, but there was no statistical significance when compared with ITP patients without exogenous ITP.3.Exogenous wind chill and wind heat have an effect on lymphocyte subgroup function in ITP patients with qi-deficiency syndrome and yin-deficiency syndrome.
