Objective: Based on a certain comparative analysis,this paper theories the utilization worth of Shaoyao decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of this kind of patients.The results can provide support for the treatment of this disease and reference for the same type of research.Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups for comparative analysis.During the treatment,the control group was given basic treatment,and the treatment group was treated with combined acupuncture.The pain and edema were evaluated based on NRS method,and the pain and edema values at different time points after operation were determined for intra group and inter group comparison.result:1.For such patients,this type of combination therapy can achieve good therapeutic effect and significantly reduce postoperative pain.The comparison results show that compared with the control group,the pain scores of the treatment group at each time point are lower,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).2.Compared with the control group,the improvement of postoperative edema in the treatment group was greater,and the difference was very significant(P < 0.05).3.Compared with the length of stay,the length of stay in the treatment group was significantly smaller,with statistical differences,which showed that the recovery speed of patients under the combined treatment mode was fast(P < 0.05).Conclusion: in the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids(damp heat injection syndrome),this combined therapy shows high application value and remarkable clinical effect.The edema and pain scores of patients at each time point after treatment are significantly improved,and the corresponding edema severity is also lower;The clinical symptom relief effect is good.It can be inferred that this therapy is safe and effective,and there are no obvious side effects in the treatment process.It has high application value for such patients with postoperative pain and edema,shows the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and has high clinical application value..
