Objective: Patients with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type stomachache are considered as the research objects. To adopt a randomized controlled trial method, and set up the point-application treatment group and the Fu Zi Li Zhong Pills control group. To observe and analyze the improvement degrees of stomachache and its accompanying symptoms before and after treatment between the two groups. To score by visual analogue scale(VAS).To objectively compare the differences of efficacy between the two groups. Therefore,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of point-application and Fu Zi Li Zhong Pills in treating deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type stomachache,in order to explore the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine point-application in the treatment of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type stomachache. Methods: In this project,a randomized controlled trial design method was used.Patients with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type stomachache were considered as the research objects.Cases who met the criteria were randomly divided into the the point-application treatment group and the Fu Zi Li Zhong Pills control group.Point-application(Zhongwan,Zusanli,Pishu,Shenshu)and Fu Zi Li Zhong Pills were used respectively for treatment.5 days was a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment. They were followed up 4 weeks after treatment. Finally, the visual analogue scale(VAS)and stomachache symptom quantification scale were scored before treatment, after treatment and during the follow-up period.And,SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for analysis. The effectiveness of both treatment methods was observed. Results: 1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: of the 36 cases in the treatment group,4 cases were shed, and 32 cases were finally included. After two courses of treatment,3 cases were cured,26 cases were improved,2 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective. The cured rate was 9.375%,and the total effective rate was 96.875%.Of the 36 cases in the control group,3 cases were shed, and 33 cases were finally included. After two courses of treatment,5 cases were cured,20 cases were improved,6 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective. The cured rate was 15.152%.The total efficiency rate was 93.393%.There was no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups(p = 0.486 > 0.05).2.Comparison of VAS scores: 1)Comparison between groups: there was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups before treatment(p = 0.56 > 0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups after treatment(p = 0.612 > 0.05);There was no significant difference during the follow-up period(p = 0.527 > 0.05).2)Comparison within the groups: there was significant difference in the scores before and after treatment in the treatment group(p = 0.000 < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores after treatment and during the follow-up period in the treatment group(p = 0.257 > 0.05);There was significant difference in the scores before treatment and during the follow-up period in the treatment group(p = 0.000 < 0.05).There was significant difference in the scores before and after treatment in the control group(p = 0.000 < 0.05);There was no significant difference in scores after treatment and during the follow-up period in the control group(p = 0.180 > 0.05);There was significant difference in the scores before treatment and during the follow-up period in the control group(p = 0.000 < 0.05).3.Comparison of stomachache symptom quantification scale scores: 1)Comparison between groups: there was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups before treatment(p= 0.405 > 0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups after treatment(p= 0.364 > 0.05);There was no significant difference during the follow-up period(p= 0.178 > 0.05).2)Comparison within the groups: there was significant difference in the scores before and after treatment in the treatment group(p = 0.000 <0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores after treatment and during the follow-up period in the treatment group(p= 0.106 > 0.05);There was significant difference in the scores before treatment and during the follow-up period in the treatment group(p = 0.000 <0.05).There was significant difference in the scores before and after treatment in the control group(p = 0.000 <0.05);There was no significant difference in scores after treatment and during the follow-up period in the control group(p= 0.102 > 0.05);There was significant difference in the scores before treatment and during the follow-up period in the control group(p = 0.000 <0.05).Conclusion: Point-application therapy and Fu Zi Li Zhong Pills therapy have obvious effects in the treatment of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type stomachache. Moreover, there is no significant difference in efficacy between the two therapies.
