Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Warming And Relieving Pain And Cooling Compress In Treating Epigastric Pain Of Spleen And Stomach Deficiency-cold Type

Purpose:Through Wenzhong Zhitongsan hot compress treatment stomach pain,observation of Clinical Effect of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Type,evaluate its therapeutic effect,So as to provide relevant theoretical basis for Wenzhong Zhitongsan heat compress,to broaden the thinking for clinical treatment of deficiency and cold stomach pain.Materials and Methods:Adoption randomized controlled trial design,a total of 103 patients from the spleen and gastroenterology ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September2017 to August 2019 were collected.Randomly group patients in order of enrollment,The conventional group was given pantoprazole sodium injection 40 mg intravenously,once per day,given warm stomach pain relief granules,1-2 bags,3times a day for 10 days;The hot compress group is based on the regular group,The hot compress group is based on the regular group,add Wenzhong Zhitongsan heat compress,stomach pain(spleen and stomach deficiency type)symptom evaluation criteria and VAS score were used to score patients before and after treatment,and the efficacy of Wenzhong Zhitong San was determined according to the degree of improvement of the score.Results : There were 3 cases of shedding during treatment(1 case in the conventional group and 2 cases in the hot compress group),and a total of 100 patients completed the corresponding scale evaluation.1 Comparison of clinical data between the two groups before treatmentThere was no statistical difference between the conventional group and the hot compress group in terms of gender,age,TCM symptom score before treatment,and VAS score before treatment(P> 0.05),which can be compared.2 Evaluation of efficacyAfter treatment,the total effective rates of the conventional group and the hot compress group were 72.00% and 92.00%,respectively.There was a statistical difference between the rank sum test(P <0.05),but the hot compress group was better than the conventional group.3 Symptoms and VAS integral analysisAfter treatment,the total points and VAS points of the conventional group and the hot compress group were significantly decreased,and there was a statistical difference(P <0.05).After treatment,the score of each individual symptom was significantly reduced,there was a statistical difference(P <0.05),Among hot compress group,the epigastric pain,the liking warm and liking press,the limbs are not warm,the chills,the appetite is reduced,the stool is thin,the bowel sounds,and the belching are more distinguishe than the conventional group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the symptoms of drooling,full belly,and chlorosis,with no significant improvement(P> 0.05).4 Safety evaluationChinese herbal hot compress therapy can avoid the "first pass effect" of oral drugs on the liver,and does not participate in the systemic circulation.During this treatment,there were 2 cases of skin allergic reaction in the hot compress group,and all of them improved after the drug was stopped,indicating that Wenzhong Zhitongsan heat compress are safe and reliable.Conclusion:1 The effect of Wenzhong Zhitongsan heat compress dissipation is accurate and easy for patients to accept,which provides reference value for clinical treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency type stomach pain.2 Wenzhong Zhitong San can obviously improve the symptoms of epigastric pain in a short period of time,and also improve the symptoms of limb burnout,chills,cold limbs and loose stools.3 Wenzhong Zhitong San has high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
