Study On The Clinical Effects Of Kidney-tonifying And Pain-relieving Decotion In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis (Liver And Kidney Deficiency)

Objective: Mainly observe and the clinical effects of kidney-tonifying and pain-relieving decotion and Zhuanggu guanjie capsule in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(liver and kidney deficiency),Observing and analyzing the clinical signs of two groups after treatment and thereby determing whether the decotion is worth being promoted and applied in the clinical treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type knee osteoarthritis.Methods: out outpatient diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis(liver and kidney deficiency)in the Traditional Chinese Orthopedics of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled,and 72 outpatient s were included in this study.These outpatient s were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The control group were given oral Zhuanggu guanjie capsule(GYZZ20080055,China Resources Sanjiu(Holdings)Co.,Ltd.),6g each time,twice a day;the treatment group took oral kidney-tonifying and pain-relieving decotion provided by the Chinese pharmacy of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine,for two courses with each lasting for 2 weeks.Observe and record the knee joint WOMAC score,VAS score,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom judgment after treatment.After statistical analysis,the conclusion is finally reached Results: The clinical observational study showed that kidney-tonifying and pain-relieving decotion could greatly improve the VAS pain grade,WOMAC grade of the knee joint and TCM syndrome grade of liver and kidney deficiency type knee osteoarthritis,and significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the joint function.There were 4 cases of shedding in the observation group and 6 cases of shedding in the control group.The remaining outpatient s had good compliance.One person in the observation group withdrew from the experimental study due to diarrhea.Conclusion: The experimental study verifies good curative effects of kidney-tonifying and pain-relieving decotion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(liver and kidney deficiency),and the decotion low cost,simple operation and no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of further clinical study and application...
