[Objective]This research is based on the current advantages of mobile medical management platform in the management of chronic diseases, the acceptance of mobile medical services and the low utilization rate, the market of mobile medical platform still needs to be improved, and the management of hypertension in China. The model, based on the original UTAUT model framework, establishes a patient willingness model for the hypertension management platform. The validity of the model was verified by empirical analysis to explore the willingness of the hypertensive patients to use the hypertension management platform and to clarify the factors affecting the patient acceptance and use management platform.Extend the application scope of UTAUT model in mobile medical field, and provide reference and reference for providing more standardized and effective mobile medical services.[Methods]1.Constructing an initial willingness to use mobile medical management platform for patients with hypertensionUsing the UTAUT model as a framework, the core variables are expanded, and the initial willingness to use the mobile medical management platform for patients with hypertension is obtained based on the relationship between the variables.2.Design questionnaire for willingness to use mobile medical management platform for patients with hypertensionBy reading relevant research literatures at home and abroad, and using the mature evaluation tools closely related to the research by the reliability and validity test, the questionnaires for the use of patients with hypertension management platform were designed and analyzed.3.Validate the willingness to use model of mobile medical management platform for patients with hypertensionA questionnaire survey was conducted on 283 hypertensive patients by means of convenient sampling, and the results were analyzed based on the questionnaire data. The SPSS and AMOS software were used to verify and adapt the willingness model of the hypertension management platform, analyze the degree of consistency between the theoretical model and the actual data, and evaluate the theoretical model.[Results]1.Initial willingness to use mobile medical management platform for patients with hypertensionTwo variables that fit the background of this research are added to the original model, namely perceived risk and self-efficacy,and the initial willingness model of the mobile medical management platform for patients with hypertension is obtained, which mainly includes:performance expectations, effort expectations, social impact, and contributing factors,Perceived risk,self-efficacy,willingness to use.2.Questionnaire of willingness to use mobile medical management platform for patients with hypertensionAfter testing, the Cronbach’s value of the questionnaire was 0.717;the exploratory factor analysis KMO value was 0.771,the Bartlett spherical test statistic was 2766.672;the factor analysis analyzed 7 factors, and the total variation explained was 64.577%,indicating that the questionnaire as a whole The reliability and validity are good.3.Validate the willingness model of mobile medical management platform for patients with hypertension(1)Among the 283 hypertensive patients surveyed,157 were male and 126 were female;120 cases(42.40%)with junior high school education or below,88 cases(31.10%)with high school education;75 cases(26.50%)with specialist degree or above;82 cases(28.98%)with hypertension grade 1,There were 102 cases of grade 2(36.04%);99 cases of grade 3(34.98%);79 cases with similar platform experience(27.92%),and 204 cases without experience(72.08%).(2)The average scores of the three dimensions of contributing factors, perceived risk and social impact scored the highest in all dimensions, namely 3.91±0.793,3.42±0.760,3.39±0.767.(3)Structural equation model results show that performance expectation, effort expectation, social impact, contributing factors, and perceived risk affect patients’ willingness to use the hypertension management platform(p<0.05),among which performance expectation, effort expectation, social impact, and promotion Factors have a positive impact on willingness to use, perceived risk is negative;effort expectation is positively impacted on performance expectations(p<0.001),self-efficacy positively affects effort expectations(p<0.05);perceived risk does not have performance expectations Significant effects(p>0.05),self-efficacy had no significant effect on the willingness to use(p>0.05).[Conclusions]The patient willingness model of hypertension management platform constructed in this study shows that:performance expectations, effort expectations, social influences, and enabling factors have a positive influence on the willingness to use hypertension management platform patients;perceived risk negatively affects the willingness to use.Based on this,it is recommended that in the future, efforts should be made to standardize the system and procedures related to the platform, optimize the design of the platform, pay attention to management effects, improve patient self-efficacy,and promote the further development and improvement of the mobile medical platform through multi-party collaboration. |
