ObjectiveBased on the unified theory of acceptance and use of Technology(UTAUT),this paper explores the factors influencing the elderly to accept the health management system, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the acceptance according to the influencing factors,so as to promote the health management system to better serve the elderly.Methods1.Literature research Based on the UTAUT model and the characteristics of this study, the influencing factors model of the acceptance of the elderly health management system was constructed, the research hypotheses were put forward, and the questionnaire was compiled by referring to the relevant maturity scales at home and abroad.2.questionnaire survey The questionnaire of influencing factors of acceptance of elderly health management system was used as the survey tool.Using convenience sampling method,383 questionnaires were collected from the elderly who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in a tertiary hospital in Lanzhou. The collected questionnaires were coded and sorted out.3 Statistical analysis The collected data were processed and analyzed by SPSS24.0 and AMOS23.0 software.SPSS24.0 software was used for descriptive analysis, reliability and validity test,t test and analysis of variance;AMOS23.0 software was used for confirmatory factor analysis to test the goodness of fit of the model, modify the model, verify the hypothesis, and determine the factors influencing the acceptance of health management system for the elderly.Results1.Reliability and validity test results of the questionnaire on the influencing factors of acceptance of the Department of health management of the elderly The reliability of the questionnaire: the overall Cronbach’s alpha coefficient is 0.909,and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of each dimension0.736-0.924.Validity test results: KMO value was 0.887,cumulative variance contribution rate was 68.856%,convergence validity CR value was 0.737-0.926,AVE value was 0.406-0.806;The square root of mean extraction variance of discriminant validity is greater than the absolute value of correlation coefficient of each dimension.2.78% of the elderly accepted the health management system.3.The differences of acceptance of health management system and influencing factors among the elderly with the same demographic characteristics different gender, education level, current living conditions, medical insurance type, whether suffering from chronic diseases in the elderly There was significant difference in performance expectation(P<0.05).There were significant differences in effort expectation among the elderly with different education levels, current living conditions, current residence and medical insurance types(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in social influence among the elderly with different individual characteristics(P>0.05).There were significant differences in convenience conditions among the elderly with different age, education level, current residence, medical insurance type, income and perceived health status(P<0.05).There was significant difference in perceived risk between different genders(P<0.05).There were significant differences in personal innovation among the elderly with different education level, current residence and medical insurance type(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the willingness of the elderly with different gender, age and type of medical insurance(P<0.05).There was no difference in using behavior among the elderly with different individual characteristics(P>0.05).4.The results of structural equation model show that: performance expectation has a positive impact on the willingness to use,the path coefficient is 0.431(P<0.001),social influence has a positive impact on the willingness to use,the path coefficient is 0.192(P <0.001),convenience has a positive impact on the effort expectation, the path coefficient is 0.361(P<0.001),and perceived risk has a negative impact on the performance expectation, the path coefficient is 0.253,(P<0.001),personal innovation positively affected performance expectation, the path coefficient was 0.368,(P<0.001),personal innovation positively affected effort expectation, the path coefficient was 0.375,(P<0.001),personal innovation positively affected perceived risk, the path coefficient was 0.223,(P<0.001),personal innovation positively affected willingness to use,the path coefficient was 0.398,(P<0.001),personal innovation positively affected perceived risk, the path coefficient was 0 The path coefficient was 0.960(P<0.001);The impact of effort expectation on willingness to use failed to pass the verification(P>0.05),effort expectation on performance expectation failed to pass the verification(P>0.05),social impact on perceived risk failed to pass the verification(P>0.05),convenience condition failed to pass the verification on use behavior(P>0.05),perceived risk failed to pass the verification on willingness to use(P>0.05);Among the multiple influencing factors, the influence effects from large to small were willingness to use, individual innovation, performance expectation, social impact and perceived risk, and the influence effect values were0.960,0.534,0.413,0.184 and 0.104 respectively.Conclusions1.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good, which can be used as a reference for future research.2.78% of the elderly accepted the health management system.3.The elderly with different demographic characteristics have different influence factors. The younger the age is,the higher the education level is,the higher the income is,the older people who live in the urban area and live with their wife have the highest acceptance; The older and the lower the income, the higher the perceived risk;Older women are vulnerable to social influence and effort expectations.4.Behavioral Intention, individual innovation, performance expectancy, social influence and perceived risk are the main factors influencing the elderly to accept the health management system.
