Study On The Prescription Of Pediatric Constipation Based On The Analysis Of Ancient Literature

Objective:The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics and prescription rules of ancient physicians in the treatment of pediatric constipation through data mining,and to explore the treatment ideas and methods of pediatric constipation,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of pediatric constipation.Method:This study collected and sorted out the literature on the prescription of pediatric constipation from pre-Qin period to the Republic of China,established a database,and used SPSS 24.0 and SPSS modelerl8.0 data mining software to carry out frequency statistics,association rules and cluster analysis of pediatric constipation drugs.Results:1.The drugs commonly used in children’s constipation are laxative,qi-regulating and tonifying drugs,which account for 67.51%.Secondly,the seven drugs accounted for 92.79%.The first 20 drugs were rhubarb(134 times),hemp(70 times),Fructus Aurantii(62 times),betel nut(58 times),licorice(56 times),Angelica sinensis(49 times),Chen Pei(49 times),Mu Xiang(47 times),morning glory(41 times),Yu Li Ren(35 times),mirabilite(30 times),saponin(29 times),peach kernel(28 times),Notopterygium(27 times),chuanxiong(27times),Almond(27times),Fructus Aurantii(24times),Magnolia officinalis(23times),Rehmanniae(22times),Scutellaria baicalensis(20times).Among them,the higher frequency of drug meridian was lung meridian(62 times),stomach meridian(52 times),liver meridian(48 times),spleen meridian(46 times),large intestine meridian(41 times)and kidney meridian(36 times).The frequency of drug statistics was followed by temperature(52 times),cold(40 times),flat(29 times),cool(8 times),heat(6 times).The frequency of drug taste statistics was bitter(60 times),spicy(55 times),sweet(51 times),salty(12 times),acid(10 times).2.Through the systematic cluster analysis of the first 30 herbs with frequency greater than 10,the following five groups of drugs were obtained:Cl:rhubarb;C2:Angelica sinensis,Chenpi,Muxiang,morning glory,Yu Li Ren;C3:Penang,Radix Glycyrrhiza,Fructus Aurantii,Fructus Aurantii,Ma Ren;C4:Ligusticum chuanxiong,almond,Notoptera,Saponin,peach kermel,mirabilite,Magnolia officinalis,Dihuang,Fructus Auranti,Fructus Auranti,Radix Auranti,Radix Scutellariae C5:Cistanche,Ejiao,Pinellia,Radix Paeoniae,Radix Paeoniae,Radix Paeoniae Radix Paeoniae,Radix dahurica,Radix Polygoni,Radix Polygoni,Radix,Radix Astragali,Rhizoma.3.The analysis of drug association rules showed that the common drugs used to treat infantile constipation in ancient times were:mirabilite→rhubarb;morning glory→rhubarb;wood incense→betel nut;wood aroma→rhubarb;plum kernel;rhubarb→betel nut;betel nut,rhubarb,wood aroma,betel nut→rhubarb;morning glory,rhubarb,betel nut;wood aroma,betel nut→plum kernel;betel nut,rhubarb→morning glory.Conclusion:In the treatment of infantile constipation,ancient doctors:1.The main flavor of medicine is bitter,spicy,and sweet flavor drugs,mainly to warm,cold,flat,among which rhubarb is the most commonly used medicine;in the return to the meridian to lung,stomach,liver,spleen,large intestine,kidney meridian six most frequently used.2.For children with solid heat knot commonly used Chengqi decoction;for weak Yin injury children often use Yixue Runchang pills plus or minus;in addition,the ancient wind stagnation of the stomach constipation is also common,commonly usedxiang pills plus or minus.3.Mirabilite and rhubarb,wood incense and betel nut,wood incense and rhubarb are commonly used to treat constipation,wood incense,rhubarb,betel nut,morning glory,rhubarb,betel nut are commonly used medicine group.4.Ancient doctors,guided by the classical theory,combined with the experience of doctors of past dynasties,thought that dietary factors were the important reason for the formation of children’s constipation,but also could not be ignored.It is difficult for children to take medicine,so the prescription of pills powder is the majority,in addition to the development of a variety of external treatment to supplement the difficulty of taking medicine in children.Foot,in the prescription of syndrome differentiation at all times pay attention to the protection of children’s qi,medication light Ling,the disease is stopped.
