Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Qing Re Tui Huang Enema Recipe in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and exploring the mechanism of Qing Re Tui Huang Enema Recipe in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. We can provide guidance for the clinical further treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods:In this study,60 neonatal hyperbilirubinemia children were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, which were 30 cases in the conventional group and 30 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group. The conventional group was treated with basic western medicine alone, while the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Chinese medicine enema combined with simple western medicine basic treatment, each course of treatment is 5 days,a total of 1 course of treatment,Through observing the changes in TCM syndrome scores of children before and after treatment, treatment efficiency, jaundice resolution time, length of hospital stay and adverse reactions, etc.and recording the indicators of Serum total bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase,y-glutamyl transpeptidase levels, phosphocreatine kinase, phosphocreatine kinase isoenzyme, lactic acid Dehydrogenase,C-reactive protein levels and other serological indicators. We can statistically analyze the general information and clinical effects of the two groups and draw conclutions.Results:1.There was no significant difference in general data between the traditional Chinese medicine group and routine group(P>0.05),in the traditional Chinese medicine group,19cases were markedlty effective,11 cases were effective,0 case was ineffective,in the routine group,11 cases were markedlty effective,17 cases were effective,2 case was ineffective,There was significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and routine group(P<0.05),the clinical effects of the traditional Chinese medicine group were better than those of the routine group.2.The differences in symptom scores before and after the treatment of each group were statistically significant(P<0.01),the differences in symptom scores between the two groups were significant(P<0.05),Predicting that the traditional Chinese medicine group was superior to the routinel group in improving the clinical symptom of damp-heat stagnation-steaming syndrom of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.3.The differences in TBIL and IBIL decreased before and after the treatment of each group were statistically significant(P<0.01),the differences in TBIL and IBIL decreased between the two groups were significant(P<0.05),predicting that the traditional Chinese medicine group was superior to the routine group in decreasing TBIL and IBIL level.4.The differences in ALT、AST and y-GT decreased before and after the treatment of each group were statistically significant(P<0.01),the differences iny-GT decreased between the two groups were significant(P<0.05),predicting that the traditional Chinese medicine group was superior to the routine group in decreasing y-GT level.5.The differences in CK、CK-MB and LDH decreased before and after the treatment of each group were statistically significant(P<0.05),after the treatment, the differences in CK、CK-MB and LDH decreased between the two groups were significant(P<0.05),predicting that the traditional Chinese medicine group was superior to the routine group in decreasing CK、CK-MB and LDH level.6.The differences in CRP decreased before and after the treatment of each group were statistically significant(P<0.01),after the treatment, the differences in CRP decreased between the two groups were significant(P<0.05),predicting that the traditional Chinese medicine group was superior to the routine group in decreasing CRP level.7.Compared two group of patients with hospitalization days and phototherapy time, treatment group took less time than the routine group, there was significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qing Re Tui Huang Enema Recipe combined with simple western medicine treatmen-t for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(damp-heat-stagnation-steaming syndrome)has definite e ffects,It can significantly improve the symptoms of children, reduce serum bilirubin l evel and shorten the time of hospitalization and blue light exposure,The mechanism of Chinese medicine enema may be related to promoting intestinal peristalsis, reducing the effect of intestinal and liver circulation on drug efficacy,so as to effectively improve li ver function damage and control the inflammatory response of the body,Obviously it p rovides a clinical basis for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with integrated tr aditional Chinese and western medicine, which is worthy of further application and pro motion.
