Clinical Observation Of Yukuining Recipe Enema In Treating Ulcerative Colitis With Internal Accumulation Of Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yukuining Prescription retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,and to provide valuable reference for the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:In this study,68 patients with ulcerative colitis and damp-heat syndrome differentiation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group from October 2017 to December 2018 in the Anorectal Clinic and Inpatient Department of Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.34 patients in each group were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Yukuining Prescription enema,while the control group was treated with Mesalazine Enemas.Two weeks was a course of treatment,a total of four courses of treatment.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndromes efficacy and syndrome scores of the two groups were compared by SPSS software statistical analysis,and the safety of Yukuining Prescription was evaluated.Results:1.The main overall efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment was compared;13 cases in the treatment group were relieved,15 cases were effective,3cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.32%.In the control group,7cases were relieved,14 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 70.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).2.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the symptoms such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,fever,dry mouth and bitter mouth were significantly improved(P < 0.05).3.Comparing the improvement of intestinal mucosal lesions after treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was 93.55%,and that of control group was 73.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Three months after the end of the course of treatment,the patients in the two groupswho were relieved and effective after treatment were followed up to investigate their recurrence.There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in long-term efficacy between the two groups.Conclusion:Yukuining Prescription has remarkable curative effect on ulcerative colitis of damp-heat intrinsic type.It can promote intestinal mucosal lesions to return to normal.It is superior to Mesalazine Enemas in changing some clinical symptoms and has less adverse reactions.After treatment,the short-term recurrence rate of patients is low.It can be popularized and applied in clinic.
